Yes they risked their job to send me an email. They don’t want anything from me just wanted justice when I was so kind to all of them.

So we seem to have a discrepancy...I believe you said you can't provide proof because you can't access your account. Care explaining to us all why you need account access if you have an email from them or did Del Oro block you from your email account as well? Do Del Oro now own Gmail?

Well as you're not after any payout or using the PAB service and have no intention of doing so, no need to delete it.

Dunover I'm very surprised by your comments here about humble pie. Are we supposed to blindly accept everything posted on this forum. Surely a forum requires people to be challenged over what they say to get to the truth. So no there is no humble pie required. If the poster has proof then fantastic. The point though is that the proof should be there from the start.
Of course depends on the situation sometimes you might be reporting your personal experience but where you're claiming whistleblowers and making allegations about the owners actions etc then IMO proof is needed.
So for example IMO there is a difference between someone reporting that having previously been verified when they went to withdraw they had to do verification again ( people can make up their own mi ds why this happened) and someone saying the casino owner deliberately unverifies people to stop them withdrawing. I would expect proof for the latter but not the former.

Perhaps be a little less confrontational as max may well have been provided with proofs that cannot be posted on here in public.

If not, shoot the story to pieces when that fact is confirmed. Perhaps it's best I lock this thread until max updates us tomorrow before it gets too tetchy. I cannot see anything further that's useful or pertinent to the matter being added from this point onwards.

If you have questions about the OP’s story ask them politely and with respect.
If you have personal comments about what someone has posted ask yourself what point there is in attacking them over it. The answer is usually “very little”.

You will no doubt berate me over this but the "proof" you posted doesn't IMO provide proof of any of the allegations. You have an email from an unkown source that doesn't seem to actually prove anything and is IMO rather cryptic as to what it's actually about and a chat message where unless I'm mistaken the casino asks you to let them know of wrong doing. She's says call her husband but that appears to be a joke.

Am I missing something here?

We'd like to know the truth here so if there is proper proof then we should be told.

OK, I am now in receipt of evidence that shows that Del Oro staff asked the OP to send money to a private account and the OP did so, the payment was made. Whatever else people want to say here regarding the OP the fact is that Del Oro is on the hook for what their employees do, excuses notwithstanding. And this latest thing is beyond the pale IMO.

The OP has shared other evidence with me and as far as I'm concerned there is no reason to disbelieve any of the claims or accusations they’ve made HOWEVER those issues are not matters we have any need or interest in pursuing. For those of you that are keen on doing so you’re going to have to do it elsewhere and on your own time.

Unless there is strong evidence to the contrary I consider this matter closed. And since the OP tells me that they won’t be returning that makes this thread DOA, and now closed.
