My apologies, but I have been away for a bit, and this popped up while I was gone.

So - getting back to this - besides that these people were poaching UK players - it seems that the Del Oro i-Gaming rep got overzealous and started a sock puppet moment here:

These two player accounts were opened on the same computer, knowingly and purposely, and used to instil deceitful fakery that would normally get them permanently banned and tossed into the rogue pit. But I feel that this should be a learning moment for them - so I am suspending the account for 60 days.

This is the last forum anyone should choose to bamboozle. So I hope this serves as a lesson to everyone.

Just reading this thread after the newsletter, so a couple of observations to add.

Ya it seems to be the case for new releases amongst the industry. Jackpots and max wins come at the same frequency regardless of RTP though as its all completely random.

And RTP is a hypothetical value based over millions and millions of spins so regardless of rtp you can deposit 10 and leave with 10,000 based on luck! We've seen some crazy wins that even I was surprised with

In land casinos they typically lower RTP to high 80s or very low 90s which is very rarely found in online casinos.

This is nonsense on many levels...

• RTP and volatility are different dimensions of a slot - a different math model can (and often will) adjust the frequency of big wins whether it changes the underlying RTP or not. Trying to suggest a lower RTP slot is the same as a higher RTP slot with the same graphics would be dishonest (and if you think an operator wouldn't do that then William Hill says hello!).
• RTP is a theoretical value based on tangible mathematics - not hypothetical.
• I don't think you've looked far if 86-92% is "very rarely found" in online casinos... the high seas, despite pushing "lower overheads" has quickly followed the downward spiral of the regulated markets in reducing RTPs...

I noticed the hype around this casino and decided to check a few things out to see if I would play there at all. Note that this is assuming I didn't know about Casinomeister and this casino. Imagine I just discovered it online and have €2,000 in my pocket ready to deposit if it's a decent site.


At the moment, I wouldn't play here.

Really useful guide. Seems like they get a number of the foundational pieces wrong which isn't ideal, and things like a 2% withdrawal fee (uncapped) is a trick from a bygone era. It doesn't matter if you are waiving it for CM members or other arbitrary criteria, the fact is that it's still being charged to customers.

Also, using terms like "our special rtp" is not ok either. RTP is rtp. There is no special rtp and trying to fool us like we are idiots isnt cool either !

If they are telling you they are licensed in France then they are lying - they are licensed in Anjouan.

Oops, as I quipped in another thread "the terms and conditions are binding" so I'm going to use that as my shield since I checked those and they haven't been updated yet

It's the same argument why a lot of casino streamers moved to Malta - they are commercial entities, and facilitating unlicensed or unregulated gambling can lead to headaches including legal action...

The regulators are starting to pick up the slack regarding crypto scams, so hopefully they will turn their attention to this side of the fence as well.

you had bad luck and thats it. The slots are defenetly connect to the server of the game provider, so your bad run has nothing to do with the casino. most of the slots have a 95%+ RTP

No complaints about Del Oro. Won a bunch with Hacksaw and had an easy withdraw in the mid 4 figures. They jumped in with both feet here when they probably should have dipped their toes in to test the temperature but the casino itself is a good one and it's getting a lot of praise elsewhere. Hope they don't pull the RTP rug out like certain other casino groups. And perhaps listen to feedback about increasing NLC/Pragmatic RTP

Just got further clarification from Chat that the 48 hours is actually 6 x 8 hour business days , but in their words “ why not have some fun and play a bit more while you wait “.
For context I made a £50 deposit , played up to £1170. I added documents on Sunday and after a few hours I was able to withdraw £817 as this was the max and it included a £16 fee.
After some more luck I got up to £1,000 and tried to withdraw yesterday but was unable to as I wasn’t verified and Chat said it was a glitch that allowed me to withdraw.
So now I’m up to £1360 after another decent run over various slots, but they seem determined to get me to play it down and it’s pretty clear that this is a stalling tactic.
So all the positives that I had from playing over the last 4 days have completely evaporated and I fully expect them to do anything they can to avoid paying.
At the end of the day I’ve only myself to blame for playing at an offshore site, should have known better and will stick to UK bookies from now on.
