I was in the pre-approval menu checking boxes to approve new member posts and also your promotion, there was a crypto-spammer post which I checked in order to 'ban member'. When done in full, this deletes the account, all their PMs, threads and posts.

It seems when scrolling posts it jumped to your post and I clicked the 'ban' box without realizing!
So you got deleted along with the spammer.
