Hello everyone, I had a very bad experience with del oro! more than 600 deposits with them to have no profit! the rtp is very bad and even manipulated. I had several bugs on different providers, disconnections during bonuses despite my screenshots, customer service never responded to me. they manipulated me several times to deposit money by telling me that the machines were very hot and that a win for me was close.. yesterday they closed my account without giving a reason while my account was still positive ! beware of them, they are crooks and very strong in manipulating you, plus they recently opened a second casino

Shame the DelOro rep is unavailable, I'd have liked to ask him if they still reopened accounts previously closed due to gambling addiction or if this rogue practice has been abandoned.

They do. With zero cool down. Be very, very careful with this group because I started getting spam from Heats casino along with constant promos from Del Oro despite requesting exclusion.

Don't get me wrong I liked how active the rep was and the fact he can make things happen, but they need to seriously fix a few things moving forward in regards to responsible gaming.

I completely agree with you! Unfortunately, I have also had the misfortune of experiencing this firsthand, and not just once. The positive reviews on Trustpilot, Askgamblers, and Guru seem absolutely fake. Moreover, it’s hard not to notice the financial interest behind it, which makes them accomplices.

When you encounter blatant unfairness from unscrupulous operators and then see their flawless ratings on such platforms, it only leads to disappointment and distrust. It seems that transparency and honesty have become nothing more than marketing tools for some.

Well... If you make more than 600 deposits in a single casino, very unlikely you will have profit. Or do you mean you did not have any cashout after 600 deposits?
RTP is not bad, a lot of providers offer a RTP of 95%+ and they are not manipulated. I have personally good expirience with del oro, but I will not play there anymore - one reason is the behavior of the Rep in this forum.

If its true what the support tells you, its ethically challenged. A machine cant be hot or cold, result is total random and the casino has no impact of the result of your bets. And of course support cant say that you are very close of a win, becasue casino is random. You can make another 600 deposits and still run bad.

That they contact a self excluded player is a total no go, that mean they target problem gamblers.
Support should never able to cancel a self exclusion even if please them on your knees with 600 deposits of 100.000€ each. Cancel self exclusion is impossible by anyone.

I am happy that I got lucky there and got paid quickly, but I will never recommend anyone to play there.
