I am getting fed up with all the casinos promising free spins upon registration. Only a couple have actually come through. I like to judge a casino by it's integrity and when they mislead me, I will not deposit. Any other thoughts on this? Mr. Green promised 10 free spins to it's Canadian customers with no deposit required. Not happening. Many others have been the same such as thrills casino which told me after I registered that it is not applicable to Canadians.

Only for players from selected countries. This offer is not listed on Guts' Canadian site (Op's location).

15 spins on twin spins is for canada and shows fin through my link as well just tested ;)

Could be because player has to come through that special affiliate link guts has given. And by going straight to Guts website from Canada will not show or give the offer.

Where did you see that?
We only do non-deposit free spins on Netent games, and as Netent isn't allowed in Canada someone has messed up.

Cheers

When I searched online casinos in Canada with free spins and no deposit Mr. Green came up. After questioning your customer service, they said that this was an affiliate casino of yours not actually Mr. Green. Confusing to say the least.

Ahh ok thanks a lot.
Unfortunately we can't really control what third parties write - you'll find a lot of affiliate sites promising things that aren't available of course just to get your clicks.
Bets of luck wherever you end up playing!

Also when they offer free spins and it's 1 line, I've never gone on to deposit after a casino pulls that stunt.

That's the main reason I rarely even bother opening emails that offer me free spins, even if they are loyalty freebies. I got fed up with all the ones that play minimum bet on a proportion of the lines available - not even worth the hassle of logging in. The very rare exceptions being when they tell you the lines and value in the email.

Hi,

Do you play as a regular depositor anywhere?

Not trying to be nosey, just curious.

It bugs me when people blame casinos for the actions of an affiliate.

Lets say I post a thread here at CM, with a big bright colorful ad that says: ''If you send barbara12 a picture of a kitten, she will give you £10''... who is misleading who?

It's certainly not Barbara12. Even though the 'ad' has her name all over it. Just like the casino did not mislead in this case, an affiliate did.

The best thing you can do is alert the casino to the problem with their affiliate and move on. Better yet, have a quick chat with the site directly before registering to confirm the offer and maybe save yourself some time.

Happy gaming :)

If a casino promise me free spins I expect to get them. If not they wont have me as a customer. Obviously one can't punish a casino for a false promise an affiliate makes, but if it stands on a landing page on a casinos server, then I see it as the casino has made me a promise. It's their responsibility to delete those.

One thing that ain't that serious, but that I still think says alot about a casinos morale is sending out emails with free spins in the subject, just to write inside the email that you have to pay for them with a deposit.

Like IanO pointed out its not awlays the casino fault what ballcrap tactics affiliates try and reel you in with, But Always double check what bonus are available before making a deposit,

Better still see dunover's old post https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...op-the-spam-together-like-this.59854/?t=59854 and any rubbish emails you get than than hang them to dry in the post,

Please also note that that no deposit offer might be a special arrangement the affiliate has setup with the affiliate team(it has not always anything to do with casino itself) and promoting on his/her website. So please to anyone refrain from using bad words about affiliates. It is NOT always the affiliates fault. Could be that that special offer is setup and sometimes it goes wrong with tracking code/link/banner. Best thing is to contact the admin on this affiliate website or forum as Casinos most cases does not know about the no deposit offer. ONLY the affiliate program would and the affiliate themselves. And by contacting them or like my site either website or forum, if something is wrong with a no deposit could be expired overnight which is not our fault, then most cases I know I would e able to fix it either by getting them to give the free spins or no deposit bonus or I would pay it myself for the player.

Just my words in this

Believe me my words was to a selective few, I am an affiliate my self, Theres many out there that do not care about players and will give false information to get sign ups, Not all CS will no the deals the affiliate mangers have set up but all respected landing pages should be clear, What country is aloud and proper bonus terms including a valid date,

I have personally not received some free sign ups, Yes eventually received but only because I knew the routes to take, Unfortunate in this day and age there will always be people out there for them selfs, I also I did say its not always the casino's fault but at the end of the day they are the ones who give the tags out,
