    Ok, so three hours no response. I tried live chat (doesn't work but used the auto email), emailed This email is not visible to you. (support as listed on their page), sent Michelle an email as she listed below (vip@10bet.com) and pmed her as well.

    Now, this may be deemed overkill, but here's the thing: How do you claim 24/7 support on your page IF NOONE RESPONDS OR IS THERE? My concern is, if it's THIS hard to GIVE them my money, then how hard would it to be get in touch with support to GET my money? And let's be frank, I didn't seek out the casino to get a promotion, they came to me (well, CM members), so what's the point in offering it if there's no one to actually give it to you?

    Ok, so, the code Michelle supplied above? Apparently correct. (125BONUS)
    The code the casino emailed immediately after registering? Incorrect (125CASINO)

    So, Live chat sorted it, said the email emailed the wrong code out. However, by this time, the casino section wouldnt take my money, so deposited to sportsbook, transferred to casino, rep manually applied bonus.
    So, thank you rep Simon for your help. But all in all? It took me 8 hours to deposit 50 bucks. Not a good start.


    edit: according to live chat, contrary to the Ts and Cs, playing other slots DOES NOT void winnings; they just dont count toward WR

    It gets worse before it gets better:

    Rep says because I'm depositing with a prepaid CC I would not require to send in a copy for verification purposes. I asked, because it'll be a headache to scan and send the CC every time I play since prepaids are one time usage.
    Send in docs, response says I have to scan and send it

    Photo ID: declined (but good enough for nordic, 32red, intercasino, bet365, etc etc etc)

    Email ask for copy of BANK card
    Why? I'm not using my bank in any capacity?

    If this weren't CM accredited, I'd really be wondering about the rogue factor here

    Regarding Billion Dollar Movie crashing - it's the first hear of this issue. Please communicate to me via PM with exact timing of the error you had, did it happen while playing, upon placing a bet or when opening the game? Then we can investigate and find out the cause for it.
