Dafabet re-opened my account just after 2 weeks from my permenantly self exclusion request.
Do i have the right to claim my losses after that? Their rule is very clear above.
I know that i have asked them to re-open when but i guess gaming companies should be very sensitive and restrictive for those permanent self exclusion requests.

I also have all the e-mail histories regarding the request and their responses.

So you self excluded and then ask them to reactivate your account, correct?

My question would be what justification did you provide them to allow you back in?

I personally wouldn't remove a self excluded player from my database without a thorough investigation.

With that being said I look at your post two ways, JMO.

1. They should keep your deposit to teach you a lesson. When you self exclude, don't go back. Once you're inserted into a larger database you'll be spinning your wheels trying to gamble online anyhow.

2. I feel if they're remiss in self exclusion procedures, you should get your deposit back and the site should ban you. I don't know why their induction back to the site, would need more details from both sides.

3. If you'd won on the deposit would I be replying about self exclusion or hey they let me play and now I need a cash out? :what:

With your admittance of needing self exclusion you should request the same here at CM, talk within the Quit Gambling section.

You gambled fairly and squarely and LOST.....I'm sure if you won you would be demanding full payment, and making a stink if they voided your winnings.

IMO you deliberately begged them to reopen your account so you would have a chance at a "free hit". It's been done before.

Accept that you lost and that you have a serious problem and get some help......and most importantly, STOP blaming everyone else for your own mistakes.

1- I did not say that ; i did not gamble fairly. That is something totally different.
2- If i d won and they have realised their mistake , i d be ok for just a refund even if i win! Because the terms and conditions talks right ?! After even winning they d send me the copy of the related rule, i would have to be OK for a just refund.
3- I did not beg them to reopen the account, dont blame the people when you have no information on something.
4-I accept that i lost but this is not what we should talk about again :) this is totally different. You mentioned a mistake right? If there is a mistake here, explain this !

Here is the rule from their responsible gaming part :

Isnt it clear enough? Are they doing what is written in their terms and conditions ??? So who made the mistake ?

Thank you for your message but they are not the authority to teach lessons to the other people. They just have to accept their fault and be more respectful for responsible gaming policies.

I for one would be curious as to how exactly you phrased your requests, first for the closure and then the re-opening. Would you be willing to share those mails with us here as you offered before?

I do not think that people have behaved aggressively here. You should expect some negative reactions when you are asking for a refund after losing in casinos.

I think members have given you some good advise. As Nifty said, stop blaming everyone else and seek help. And you should ask Bryan to close all of your accounts here.

If you would get a refund, then you most likely would have used them on gambling again anyway. This issue really is not about the money you have lost. Just forget them and seek help.

One thing is to start a thread where you are asking for advise regarding quit gambling. But here you are only asking for you money back. Nothing else.

Hi, the openning request after the permenant self exclusion was on the live chat, and i dont have the chat history.Simply i asked if they could reopen my account or not. No beggings.. nothing.... And if i d have begged they wouldnt be opened it !

I totally agree.

But the point is, everyone can see their mistake/fault but noone is pointing this! Strange... It is very obvious due to their terms and conditions.

I can handle with the rest but no ones accepting their mistake is a bit odd for me.

Seriously Johnny or whoever...any casino should strictly honour a "permanent" self exclusion request with a minimum six month to one year exclusion, and only re-open an account after an investigation and a "cooling off" period for the gambler, after the original request to reopen the account.

I don't believe however, that gives you a free kick at the can, to win and cashout, or lose and want your deposits back. One, take some responsibility for your own actions. Two weeks? If that is the longest you can go, then you perhaps need to seek some sort of help, as it doesn't seem you're able to do it on your own.

Two, perhaps you need to close ALL accounts, and buy yourself a program such as Gamblock, if you have little or no self control.

I don't believe the casino should have reopened your account, but you also need to take that first step and find a way to help yourself. Perhaps losing whatever deposits you made is a lesson you need to take to heart. Refunding your money will teach you nothing. Sometimes people have to hit rock bottom, before they start to claw their way up. And that goes for ALL types of addiction.

Admin can close the topic if he wants. From the first moment i have opened up this subject , getting blames...Seems like a bookmaker forum istead of player complaining forum for me. Really strange...No one is accepting their fault but blaming me all the way..

I noticed in your original request that you never mentioned any problem with gambling. Did this come up in the 'Live Chat' you had with them requesting a re-open?

One other question, was this the first time you had asked this site to close and then later re-open your account? The reps reply you posted on another forum seemed to indicate this was the case. If so, how did you phrase those earlier requests?

It's from a different email address, and different name from your canayimben account (you gave us your "real" name with your PAB, remember?) - a PAB that dealt with chip dumping :p

You never emailed Max, you emailed me. You never mentioned anything about another account, you just signed up trying to pretend you were someone else. You just effed up when you forgot to log out of your JohnnyLondon account and continued the conversation like nothing was amiss - oops!

Any here you are, trying to exploit this forum for your own greedy unjust means.

Yes, i havent said anything regarding the problem with gaming on the live chat but it shouldnt be their excuse i guess since i have sent the self exclusion mail by marking "permenantly" bold.

This was not the first time to ask for the closure. Yes, they re-opened one more time previously before my permenantly self exclusion request.
