Casino Complaint Cyberbingo

I do have kids Harry and I would make sure she couldn't have used my card online. It should have been my responsibility if anything like that happen.

About this case I don't even believe it was the kid who played and I don't believe he just found the deposits, but we have different way of seeing things :)

It must be nice to be a perfect parent, and not deploy or have a aick spouse. 20 dollars here or there isn't notice able, when you are deployed in what is considered a combat zone.

Again, if you have any tips on being a perfect parent please share with me. I have Google this issue and kids do all kinds of things these days. A kid racked up over 20k on a phone app.

We are not perfect parents, however we try and we try hard to give them everything they want and need. I have taken responsibility for this situation, I came here for advice not some condescending opinion on how perfect you are

There is no such thing as a perfect parent or a perfect kid. We all do what we think is best for our children and hope for the best.

My opinion had really not much to do with your kid though, but the fact that I thought this was a lie and that he/she probably wasn't to blame for anything.
To try to make up excuses, big or small to try and get money back is very common though. There have been a few genuin cases but this one I doubted from the first post.

You can doubt whatever you like, at the end of the day it wasn't thousand stolen from me. I have taken responsibility for my child's actions. The casino however is very comfortable with other kids playing on said site. Which I myself will be addressing with the principal today. Have a great day

CyberBingo account

Hello Gamblingdummylo;

I just wanted to reply to your post to confirm that we have contacted you with regard to your son’s fraudulent use of your details to create an account at CyberBingo.
As you will appreciate, the safe and secure use of important documentation such as your driver’s license and credit card details are your responsibility. CyberBingo took all necessary steps to verify the player account and documentation was provided and held on file to prove ownership of the player account.

This account had been funded and in use for a period of 1 year and it is surprising that you had no seen the activity on your credit card statement and flagged this up for investigation. You inform us that the fraud was indeed committed by your son over this 12 month period and we would point out to you that it was your responsibility to ensure that your credit card and driver’s license details were not available to other people, especially not minors.

However, as a reputable online bingo site, we will make a onetime gesture of good will towards you and make repayment of half the deposits made to the player account. We would like to point out that there was no wrong doing on our behalf and that this is purely a gesture of good will from ourselves.

Wishing you and your family the very best!

Cyberbingo has been given me the runaround for about 2 weeks now. Here is the issue, I sent my child's computer in to be fixed (just the port) I got it back and started looking around, I found multiple deposits to this site.

I contacted them right away, I am military, yes I have a civilian id, but I never use it. Unless we are traveling, my child has been spending money on this site without my knowledge, matter of fact I was deployed 9 months out of the time said child was playing on this site.

Why was I not watching my accounts better or where was my wife? My wife has cancer, our children have been neglected of the attention they needed, however it's not just one child on this site playing it's multiple.

My child admitted there is about 5 of them playing on this site and all they have to do to join is sign up, or steal their parents information.

I have contacted every person I could at Cyberbingo, I have only asked for half of what my child has deposited. I have taken full responsibility for my child, but the company will not respond to me. I email them every couple of days, live help says they can't help me. I save all chats so it's made clear I have been kind and clear about the issue.

All I want is half of what my child has stolen from me back. I am sure I will get back lash for this, but I am stuck in the middle of a situation

Now that is some good news and a nice and fair gesture. My respect for doing it.

As usual I have to be on the opposite side.

No respect from me for doing it. A boy who's playing bingo in that age? Never heard of:eek2:
I don't believe you as a company trusted his story and I certainly didn't.
You took the easy way out

Having read this thread my first instinct was it was total bullshit, I still do think that. But if we dorun with the story it annoys me people as always never take response ability. Your personal situation has no reflection on the fact the child/children are clearly neglected if they can go a whole 12 months of depositing on a gambling site as a minor.

I am disappointed the site gave any money back.
