I deposited and played and made WR requirements. Did not have enough to cash out so I kept playing and eventually lost it all on 6/22/2014 I went to use code for the free $25 chip but it would not work.
Contacted support and was told that it expired on 6/20/2014
If the code expires on the same day as issued it should be stated in the message.
With CWC limited withdraw options for US players I am more upset with myself for keep going back and giving them another try. I know they are well liked here and I really don't have any major complaints.
I think as a US player I will stick to the casino's that offer Western Union as a withdraw method.

You actually have 2 complaints 1) Bonus not being redeemed 2)Limited withdraw issues - Upset for giving them another try.

First on your bonus issue have you contacted the rep here? This should be the first thing you do to get it resolved, after support isn't able to help. Its the weekend so may not see anything back until tomorrow morning. It agree with you that if you used the deposit bonus, which was required prior to ND bonus, and played on the deposit bonus for 2 days you should be able to still redeem ND Bonus. Hopefully you will get that resolved.

Your saying with limited withdraw your upset you are giving them another try? You said your US which means you need to deposit via credit card, so your withdraw method should be Pay My Card, which only costs $9, is for a little as $50 withdraws, and gets back on your card rather quickly in about a week or less. How is this so bad?:confused: This is one of the best options. if you have used a casino with Western Union then you know the fees are sky high on a western Union.

You may need to compare the CWC withdrawals to other RTGs because Clubworld is really at the top of the list with ease, quickness, and fees compared to others.

First on Bonus, no I did not contact rep yet so I will do so.
As far as the withdraws are concerned I have tried Pay my card but was told by CWC accounting dept that they could not do it with my bank.
That leaves only one option for me which is a check. Minimum withdraw limit is $350 as I had my balance to $300 so not enough to withdraw. Also checks are drawn on Canadian bank and very difficult for me to cash.
Fees are higher to withdraw at other casino's but methods are easier.

I know what you mean about the "timing" of e-mail that includes bonuses. I received one at around 8 pm one day..... I was done playing for the day, but, I probably would have used it if I had gotten it earlier. (expired that night)

Great work Karolina but shouldn't you also correct the fault to enable the free chip code itself to be redeemed by whoever redeemed the 85% bonus code too?

Maybe I worded it unclear, the expiration of the free chip was extended till 30th June.
