Software Complaint CWC - AllStar Slots Playthrough Calculator not properly crediting playthrough

This may be an isolated issue that is only affecting my account, but wanted to alert everyone to what is happening to me at AllStar slots today. After all, It could be happening to more players..

I played the Achilles slot at 5.00/spin through what I understood to be the playthrough amount. When I went to the cashier I saw that it only counted each spin at .50 instead of 5.00.

I switched slots to Crystal waters, bet 5.00/spin and was only credited .75 per spin toward playthrough. As you all know slots are to credit 100% of each spin toward the playthrough requirements.

I contacted support and they said they would need to contact their IT department to look into it. I've got a sizable withdrawal I cannot make until this is resolved.

Had that happen to me at CW a while back. Took a while for them for send it to 'relevant' department and get it fixed. Ended up resetting playthru to correct amt.

There is something hinky about their money counter too. Sometimes it deducts your bet right sometimes it takes 2 spins for it to deduct one bet and then the payment counter jerks and starts, sometimes adding money correctly, sometimes taking 2-3 spins to get it right. I always wonder if it's adding up right.

Imagine that, an online casino taking a shot at a player. I wonder how many people don't notice it? And I'm positive the mistake is never made in the players favor. Good eye for catching it and it looks like it isn't the first time they have made this "mistake".

it happened to me also, not in the wr, but in the bets
sometimes dont deduct the value of the bet in one spin, and then in 1 spin takes 2 times
