Resolved Cuba Club Casino do not pay

Dear Members.

I just want to warn you. Cuba Club Casino do not pay. I have e-mailed them several times, the withdrawal department says "wait" and "wait again", the support can do nothing, and twice I have been told to wait another 10 working days. Still no pay out.

I will not PAB this (maybe it is not possible anyway?) , because the withdrawal is to small for that to bother. But I am happy I did'nt win a big sum of money there.
And, acutally, it is my own fault playing at a casino that is not credited here.

Don't make stupid deposits there like I did. Stupid me!

The norm is around a month to get paid there, I have never heard about someone not getting paid, but needles to say I don't play there anymore, even tho they have good bonuses.

It is only by mistake one learn the lessons.

As I have said, in the past I always got paid by them, but it took longer and longer. So I would not loose all hope of getting paid if I was you, it just takes a *ell of a long time.

Of course it is entirely up to you whether you want to PAB on this or not, but as far as I can see there is no reason you couldn't, and some good reasons why you might want to consider it.

You may ask yourself "why would I?"

Simple: if it's a bad casino we'll know about it sooner than later. If they won't resolve your PAB then we'd post a Warning and possibly Rogue them. In other words your PAB could result in a lot of other players being warned off the site: you'd be doing your fellow players a favour.

I'm not lobbying here, just letting you know that there are good reasons to PAB, whether there's a lot of money on the table or not.

Thank you for this answer maxd. I see your point. I have got an answer from the withdrawal department that they will do the pay out during next week, which is more than a month from the approved state. (And a boken promise from the first mail I have got.)
Obviously they have not payed in timely maner, that is totally clear. And I give them a last chance now. They pay to slow, that is a fact.
Will this not be solved as promised I will PAB them, as you said, for my fellow players sake.

Cuba Club finally payed

Well, dear Members of Casino Meister.

I have been payed today. It took three long chat sessions and 3 e-mails to get my withdrawal processed. And a month of waiting.

Even Cool Cat Casino - which I played at before I found Casino Meister's site -payed me in more timely maner that Cuba Club Casino. ( Do not read this as a promotion for Cool Cat Casino...for Gods sake...I just compare... :) )

I will delete the casino software and I will never, ever, return.

I got an email today from Cuba Club (I did sign up with Lucky Slots, so not spam I guess), and I will not be taking them up on their deposit offer.

So glad the OP got paid, but the time frame deters me.

It appears as though their software is not even accessible for days now. Cannot log in at all. They appear to have gone "off line".. as has their support. Nobody is home, nobody answering the phone (voice mail), nobody on 24hourlive chat (leave a message please).

Scary stuff if they did just up and dissappear - along with many players winnings no doubt.
