Why does it always have to be a long and painful experience to deal with CSR's?

Sometimes I play with a regular Visa card and sometimes I play with a prepaid MasterCard. In some MGS casinos, you're not allowed to delete cards so after a while, all your card slots get filled and you need to ask a CSR to remove some of them (the now useless prepaid ones) to make room for a new one. I always tell them to delete the Mastercards but not the Visa (which is the one I use to withdraw money).

Well, last time the CSR removed them all, including the Visa and now I'm in the process of explaining what happened to another CSR. I can't add my Visa because it's already in the system (I get an error msg), but I don't see it so I can't use it. I've been chatting with the CSR for looooooooooooong ass time now and I've to wait 10+ minutes for replies... and it's still not fixed.

So simple to fix, so simple to understand :(

I come across this headache often....card limit full, need one removed to add one, have to explain why (often), they ask which one, I say I don't care, all of them, any of them, theyre disposable...worst is when live chat is closed and you have to wait for permission to give them your money. 32Red has it right - you can manually remove and add cards, or others like BETAT where you simply just put a new one in. Moderate issue, but common enough to be aggravating.

I received a promo via snail mail for a 100% bonus with a scratch card and a bonus code. So I told the CSR about it to make sure that it ill work on my next deposit and she insists that I send her a scan of the letter. It's a 100% legit promo (I recognize them, they do that twice a year), not a spam. So now I'm stuck until my card gets reactivated (she told me "30 minutes" like 40 minutes ago) and she have to look at the letter.

This is a casino that I've played at hundreds of times.

This is pure comedy. After looking at the picture of the letter all I got is "Yes this promo is valid"

WELL, NO SHIT! I DIDN'T ASK IF IT WAS!
 
Ok I ran out of patience. I asked her again why it takes so long and she asked me how much I wanted to deposit (irrelevant reply). I told her and she asked me why I don't deposit more instead. Really?! All that after 1h+ or useless chat and an easy problem not fixed?!

Deposit more? Lol ...what, if you double, CCs come off quicker?

She clearly didn't know what the hell she was doing, her replies were vague and asking me to deposit more in the middle of this mess was downright offensive.

For being this incompetent, these people better be in 3rd world countries earning $10 a day and not be actual casino employees. That would be their only excuse (wouldn't excuse the casinos though). I'm really pissed off right now.

PS: Whenever a CSR tells you that something will be fixed in X amount of time, DON'T BELIEVE THEM! IT WONT!

I knew it was Redflush cause I had to send them a scan of a promo a little while back. I was thinking wtf:confused: They should know what promos they sent out. The banking issue seems to me like an easy fix. I don't understand why it would take them so long to sort out.

Redflush could be a great casino if they can take a leaf out of 32Reds book. Maybe 32Red management should give classes to other casinos on how to do things right.

I nether had problems with cards but I can tell you that from my exprianse chat is 99% bull rubbish, not got a clue, I play on lot bingo sites to play fruits, such as costa, sing, and there terrible people, I still got old cards hanging around which Ive, ask to move many times, I had to email cassva.net the actual payment processor to sort it, they advise me not to wory what ever last card will be the 1, All the time Ive ask help theres nether been any help, Only do I want a bonus
