There were some posts about casino representatives not answering their PM's. So far, I've sent a private message to VPL, Harrods and GrandAcesGeisha and have received very quick, courteous and professional replies. And Schalk, from VPL, took a few minutes to handle my request.

Obviously, emailing is the standard approach. Wouldn't want to fill up their PM box. But as a last resort, I must say that this process is very effective.

And it works because professional casino and affiliate managers are more than prepared to participate in a forum that has credibility, balance and self control instead of knee-jerk resort to abuse, insult and useless flame wars.

I believe that's a compliment to the maturity of players on this forum who although sufficiently confident to criticise and demand answers or explanations, generally manage to do so in a reasonable manner that permits an exchange of views.

Hi Max,

I just wish that the "Casino Operators" link was used more often. Several times a week, frustrated players post their problems, yet an answer may have been a couple of clicks away.

But then it seems a lot of you are taking advantage of this "service" :D

Don't worry, it's still a relatively new feature (isn't it?)

Surely it will catch on, particularly as people keep mentioning it throughout the forum and it's existence starts to become more common knowledge.
