There were some posts about casino representatives not answering their PM's. So far, I've sent a private message to VPL, Harrods and GrandAcesGeisha and have received very quick, courteous and professional replies. And Schalk, from VPL, took a few minutes to handle my request.
Obviously, emailing is the standard approach. Wouldn't want to fill up their PM box. But as a last resort, I must say that this process is very effective.
