Hi guys, I need some help or rather advice on an issue I am having with CryptoWild casino. Casino owned and run by the N1 group. I registered because my boyfriend mentioned they were accredited on Casinomeister which speaks for itself.
I have been an active player for most of this year and half of last depositing regularly and today I attempted my first withdrawal and was met with rude cs telling me that I must upload docs which I did but were rejected each time and they messed me around requesting very odd pics of kyc docs etc, which i supplied but nothing was happening. So, in frustration I contacted Homerbert via pm on the Casinomeister forum, he told me to wait and it should be resolved quickly.
Hours went by so I went onto live chat again and asked on a progress update on my pending kyc and payout, only to wait on the chat for an hour and then have the chat closed on me and a message saying my account is deactivated and I my winnings voided.
I am furious as they were very happy and comfortable to take my money, but on paying out, their true shady business tactics came to light. Please could some of you advise me on what to do as I am very upset and just want justice issued or at lease to warn other players about this site.

@Dee6977 casino team investigated your account and found a links to other accounts. Therefore your account has been closed and winnings confiscated.

And I want to add that with no regards to if cryptowild team was right or no in their decision, it is absolutely useless to push me (and I believe any other rep here) with statements that I need to process withdrawal right now or I will go to post everywhere about this. I'm always stand for polite and honest discussion, without any pressure from both sides.

Just want to throw my two cents in as I know Dee very and was with her when all this went down , and I actually feel bad for recommending she play at this casino because I assumed it was one of your sister casinos , Support was down right rude to her and I am sorry but To accept deposits from her for roughly a year and blocking and voiding her funds only now is plain old theft and is in my view criminal and being South African crime is something I am used to but this really irritates me when I see super dodgy business tactics with casinos taking the players money for ages but when a player want to be paid out then this crap is pulled , She works in the same industry as you @homerbert and I doubt with her experience she would be foolish enough to create a duplicate account , And this type of accusation , confiscating winnings and blocking players accounts is not something new cyptowild casino and its sister sites and seasoned player who surfs forums and sites like this one just needs to glance at the complaints section to this type of complaint is frequently displayed ,

Do the honorable thing and at least refund all her deposits or pay the the requested withdrawal as in all honesty the CEO of the casino should be jailed for this crap

Well, I think I can say that there are about 50 duplicates via different IPs and all used bonuses etc, therefore casino team decided that it is bonus abuse.

But okay, I believe in CM community and since you're an old time member here and you can confirm that know @Dee6977 personally - then I can close it in your favour.

I've asked casino team for a full refund and you can play as you want. Sorry for that, but casino team acted according to rules.

Thank you homerbert I can vouch for her I have known her for 6 years plus now and we often get together and play online and compare war stories as we both love online casino industry and happen South African , I would be very shocked to find out if she had created duplicate accounts as she knows how that scene plays out from her work life , anyway thank you so much for doing this and I am sorry if I came on a bit strong its just its my worst complaint to see a player post it just gets me :confused:

Dee's account shows her 1st deposit on January 18, 2019, 2 deposits in March and 7 deposits in May, 2019. This fact contradicts your statements that you were depositing regularly for a year and half (wrote Dee) and a year (wrote cnichas).
Her bonus ratio is over 100%. There are over 50 duplicates. Another fact, both of your accounts are flagged as duplicates of each other.
I read through all of your chat transcripts and our awesome live chat agents were polite, professional and despite your abuse, were NOT rude. The longest wait in any of your chats was 6 minutes, not an hour as you said above.
Our fraud department required you to upload your docs along with a selfie. It is standard procedure when fraud is suspected.
Your withdrawal was processed on May 31, 2019 at 12:03 UTC.

I have to say I'm a bit confused with all this. As I read it the player is saying one thing and the casino claims to have evidence of something completely different.

TBH I would have loved to have had a chance to look into this case via our PAB service, but since the money has been withdrawn already it's pretty much water under the bridge I guess.

FTR in a case like this the casino should never feel pressured to pay out if they don't think it is the right thing to do. Bring it to us, we'll look into it and try to get to the bottom of it. Our forums should never be used to blackmail a casino into paying what isn't due and we'll act swiftly and decisively if they are. Not saying that was the case here -- didn't see the evidence so I don't know either way -- but it needs to be said.

I do not have 50 accounts with you that is not something I would do as I know that its not worth doing , I can only assume that Because I have an account at just about all of your casinos it maybe that one account at each of your sites could possibly close to fifty if you fifty sites and sorry If that my guess at how long we have been playing at the casino it was off a bit but In fairness I have been playing around that time with your group
