Well their treatment of me has certainly changed some what.

They currently owe me $12,450 from High Rollers and it's been well over two weeks since I last received anything - according to their website they pay $4K a week.

I've sent them 4 or 5 emails to which I haven't received a single reply - not to forget they locked my Crystal Palace account without giving me a reason (I'm thousands down there as well) and reversed the $12,450 withdrawal twice, again for no reason.

I definitely advise caution here if you are to play here.

LOL, Caution? Since when were Cloud casinos anything other than no-go areas since he first hit the scene four years ago?

When you played at Giant Vegas and got the run-around, I said "you were warned" - but then, only by me and a couple of others. This is different. Warnings about the Cloud operations have been front-page stuff for years, yet you chose to ignore them and play. Now you're in trouble and "advising caution". LOL.

Sorry you're getting this treatment, but you knew FULL WELL the risks of these places when you played and you have only yourself to blame for your current problems.

Let this be a warning to ANYONE thinking about playing at any of these casinos. Just because Cloud is apparently in dialogue with Bryan with regard to "de-rogueing" him and Cloud is as such apparently "trying" to maintain a cleaner public face doesn't mean you'll see one red cent of any money owed to you. This man is a crook. And if you DO choose to play, don't bleat about getting screwed. It will be YOUR fault.

With all due respect my friend...Bryan said in a prior post that Clouds casinos were not on the rogue list. He was on the, I believe, Not Recommended Casinos list. Don't make a difference though. As you said:

"THE MANS A CROOK".

What's the old saying about a Leopard and it's spots?

Gambling Grumbles is back :). I see they have bad boy status there.

Looks like one of Julie's relatives has taken the baton.

Looks like I spoke too soon - I have now been paid the full $12,450 outstanding.
I'm TRULY happy that you've been paid.
IMO one of the reasons CLOUD paid you was because he knows this thread is being read by hundreds of posters. The other is that CLOUD is attemting to get back into the good graces of Bryan.
$12,450.00 is a small price to pay for advertizing.
No matter what the reason why you were paid...the bottom line is the money is in YOUR pocket.
GOOD LUCK...ENJOY IT... :notworthy

Unpaid for 2 weeks

Hi there. This is my first post at the forum. I decided to give the infamous "cloud" casinos a GO. When i read about the probation.
I met the bonus conditions, and withdrew only my own deposit of 125$ at highrollerslounge. I have emailed them about 4-5 times, and sent the documents mentioned on their website 2 times. I havent recieved any replies back to my 4-5 emails. Also they havent paid me and it has been 2 weeks.

I am starting to think that they are back up to their normal profile=not paying players. And maybe the only reason dirk got paid, is because he posted here, so "cloud" though, i have to pay this one, in order to get more depositing players in here.

This is really sad, and i hope i do get paid. The only reason i thought id give them a go, is because of the probation, but i guess i should have known better, because cloud has been stiffing players since the birth of online casinos. Also this is the first "cloud" casino i have ever played, and i followed their terms and conditions thoroughly.

I honestly hope that the cloud casinos would get better, and everyone could safely play there, but this appears not to be the case.

That's probably the truth!

Sad to say...but all of us who have gotten screwed by CLOUD met all the T&C's. I TRULY hope you at least get back your deposit.
And MAYBE...just MAYBE this post will help keep poeople AWAY from playing at ANY of CLOUDS casinos!!!

IMO ALL Clouds casinos should be on the rogue list.

FYI, they never were put on probation, Bryan decided not to do this.

From a post by Bryan in this thread a few pages back...

Well after a lot of thought and going back and forth on this, I decided to do away with the probabtion/redemption section. It was far to complex and problematic to begin with.

If casinos screw up - they screw up - and if it's serious enough to cause grief to players, they are rogued or "not recommended" and there they dwell.

But I have to keep things updated. If casinos are making serious changes in fixing whatever was screwed up, then in my opinion their screwups can become "Past Issues".

In my opinion, this is much better than some arbitrary "probation" period, or better than me waving my magic voodoo stick over some casino operation declaring them redeemed. That's ridiculous.

Past issues are just that - past issues. There is no time limit. And the casino operators know that everyone (who cares) is watching them. Their feet will always be held to the fire because they know they need to continue doing what is expected of them.

I think this will work much better for everyone. And players are given more responsiblity to be able to make intelligent choices on their own - this is an important thing.

I want to thank all of you for your suggestions and feedback. I've used a number of your comments here:

To me probation IS pretty much the same as past issues - they both imply (IMO) that the casino has acted badly in the past but seems to be sorting themselves out.

From my experience with the Cloud empire they will pay you as long as you put your case in the public eye - but I'm sure (well at least I believe) that if you didn't they would simply ignore you.

This seems to be the case with many of the RTG's, which is bad form - but I can see why they would do this. It's only avoiding bad publicity they're interesting in - not doing the right thing.

America's online owes me $804

It was noted in the casino cashier as paid to Neteller. But it was never paid as can be proven from my Neteller records.

They promised several times to handle this but did not.

Phone Neteller and have them handle it. Have Neteller call the casino and have the both of them work it out for you.

All for one?

I have been waiting to reply to this one. Weighing up my own thoughts and then .. realizing that this issue calls for objectivity.

I suggest that maybe they be put on a probation (without them knowing) and take it from there. I believe there are two sides to a story, and that, although I want to rather scratch G's eyes out, there might have been some shanking from players too.

So, they get my 'go'. Go straight, or go bust! YOU choose!

My Online Casino

I had an "iffy" experience with My Online Casino. I won $600 and tried to take it out. I sent the faxback form in, with tons of ID, called support to make sure that everything was inline and was told that it was. When I had received no response (or $) within a few days, I called back and was told that I needed to fax in a utility bill and then my withdrawal should be approved. I faxed that in, called back and was told that everything was in order. I was told that I had met all wagering & ID requirements. I checked my account a few days later and saw that my withdrawal had been marked as "denied". I pretty much hit the roof! So...I called the support line again and was lucky enough to connect with Oliver. He took the details, said there didn't seem to be anything wrong with my withdrawal and said that he would speak to the people in accounting. This was about 8pm on a Friday night. Saturday at 7pm I checked my account and saw the wonderful word "approved"! I guess it just goes to show you that if you speak with the right person, good things happen! :)

If there is no reason for them to deny the cashout in the first place, then you should never even have to talk to the right person. This just makes me sick!
They cannot put the denial on a cashout in such a frivolious, arbitrary fashion.
If they really did this, then my vote would be a no, keep them on the blacklist for another 5 years at least.

In an idle moment I decided to try one of these casinos - despite being well aware of their reputation, so I don't expect the slightest bit of sympathy.

This was High Rollers Lounge, and true to form despite reading the terms very carefully and meeting all of them they haven't paid up after more than three weeks. I've sent various e-mails and was quite impressed to get a reply to one of them - just one sentence saying the cash-in was pending.

Just wondering - has anyone received a cash-in from them recently? Should I contact Montana Overseas, or is 23 days much too short a time frame to expect RTG casinos to pay out in?

Oddly enough, I've played at over 200 casinos and never failed to receive a cash-in yet... Thanks, Oliver, for restoring my faith in rogue casinos ;)

This doesn't look good for their redemption. I hope the meister can fix this quick. 23 days is way too long.
