i deposited us$100 using neteller account. and got a bonus of us$100. there wagering rquirement is 7x(deposit+bonus). and should withdraw over bonus+deposit. i am 100% sure that i wagered over 7x(bonus +deposit) and made a withdrawl of $250. they never sent me an email for verification docs and just locked my account. when i contacted them on phone , the person on phone told me that i wagered less $35. so thats why they just send my original deposit and denied to pay my winnings and locked my account. what a rip off. i am 100 % sure that i wagered more that us$1500. but they are not sending my play log and just locked my account.

Are you sure you did not play a game that did not count towards meeting the WR? There is a lot of difference between 35$ and 1500$....

If I were you - I would check it again and again before making such a big fuss out of it.
Sounds fishy this gap - between your say and their say.
Usually, it is very unlikely that any casino will put its good name on the any risk for even $1500.
Check the wagering requirements 10 times before you use any bonus so next time you won't play and cry!

Almost a same thing happned. Please do as CasinoMesiter says above. Most likely it will be solved.

By the way, the "support" over the phone is a true coward. I told the

almost started crying saying "this is not my casino and I am forwarding

Why is it a "THREAT"? They CONFISCATED my 3,000 USD and I kindly
announced that I have a very close mobster who is leading an organization

i played blackjack and i am supposed to wager $1400 on $100 bonus. i wagered over $1500. but the person on phone told me that i wagered $1365.which is a blunt lie.but still, if they think i wagered $35 less, is it not the way to tell me to wager more $35, rather than locking my account and refusing to send my log. thats a rip off.
