My balance was not increased by winning hand on Deuces Wild. I clicked collect because it is the same button as the bet button prior to looking at balance, which neither increased nor decreased. No issues with software prior to hand, but thought it would be best not to play another hand until this was resolved.I immediately took screenshot and contacted support through live chat, who could not assist me but provided me with email address for support.
No response was received, and I have attached most recent chat with support. Their reason I found to be unacceptable, it is just one of the typical excuses you hear from agents when it comes to monies legitimately won by a player.
I don't think you can play with real or play money on their site, and the visible part of the URL as well as the metadata is proof to me that I won the hand. The screen that appears when game loads is not 5 of a kind, and was at the same time sequence as the previous hands on my log. This hand just happens to be missing from my log.
I do not feel as if waiting for an email indicating such hand was not played, etc...
