After placing an initial deposit of £30 I received a 200% slots bonus receiving £90 in total with a 20 times wagering requirements, to my calculation i would have to play through £1800 which i think i did comfortably due to winning a progressive jackpot in play of over £4000 and playing £25 spins for over an hour, anyway to cut a long story short even though i met wagering requirements i played a table game which to my utter amazement they turned around and voided my winnings of £8000 pounds because they said the bonus was still in play when i made the table bet, They even told me that due to an honest mistake on your part they will be taking away all my winnings and giving my original deposit back. Mugged probably,

Anyway, I would never condone any malpractice, whatsoever on this casino site and i am definitely not whatsoever saying that if you did decide to take a slots bonus and your feeling that the game is not going your way, maybe you could mistakingly play a table game and accidentally get your deposit back.

Easy come easy go.

It would appear the casino may be correct in this situation:

•Bets placed on all progressive slots will not count towards the bonus wagering requirement.

•BY ACCEPTING THE WELCOME BONUS YOU ARE DEEMED TO BE BOUND TO ALL OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU WISH TO PLAY WITHOUT BONUSES PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT BEFORE MAKING ANY DEPOSIT.

•This bonus is given in good faith by Crown Europe Casino in order to familiarize yourself with what we have to offer, therefore, the winnings for this bonus are set to a maximum of 20 times (20X) your deposit.

So your progressive slot bets did not count towards wagering, so it is very likely that you DID place table bets with an active bonus.

In any case, you would not have been able to withdraw any more than $1200.

It's a timely reminder of why it is essential to read all terms when taking a bonus.

Unfortunately until that very situation comes up, its very difficult to accuse them of such. I couldn't find this casino in the Rogue pit- and while that doesn't mean they're /not/ rogue. Equally, it doesn't mean that they are Rogue.

While I always encourage people to 'Trust their Gut'- if you thought/Think/feel they won't pay out.. Don't deposit with them!

And since you're a member here, you can always check our the accredited section ;)

As long as you follow the rules with those Casinos, you're pretty sure to be paid out!

As Nifty pointed out, you need to read T&C before accepting a bonus. Remember also that it had a max withdrawal of 20X deposit (terrible rule, stay away), so most of your winnings would anyway have been "confiscated" if you actually did follow every rule.

I think the term below might actually explain why they denied your withdrawal:

•You will not be permitted to withdraw your winnings if you choose to play a game which is not a slot machine using your deposit/deposit bonus/winnings/comps/ in any case

So, basically you cannot use your winnings on slots to play table games at any time. You would have to withdraw, receive your payment, and deposit again without a bonus.

Whilst it might be a lesson learned for you, it's should also be a lesson learned for the rest of the membership i,e, STAY AWAY FROM CROWN EUROPE. The terms really are awful.

Yes, I think you are correct again. And it is an absolutely terrible rule

That rule alone is enough for me to advise people to stay away from these guys.

i agree. i think that is what happened, i thought i've bound to have played through wagering requirements by now, so i played a table game, if i had have withdrawn at point x (x) being before the table game was played it would have been fine, it was the bonus attachment thing that bamboozled me. infinitely attached until you either mess up which i did or lose or hope you've correctly identified how much wagering you've done

I say it alot, People should not take any bonus, As far as I am concerned, Bonus are nothing but a trap for people. And I read it time after time on this forum about people losing there winnings due to not reading the bonus terms or making a honest mistake. And it is clear to me that most casinos are nothing but crooks, because they never take the amount of money won after the mistake, but all the winnings which was won within the rules. Atleast if you dont take a bonus, They casino will find it alot harder to make a accuse not to pay.

I think bonus put a player at a disadvantage rather than a advantage.

Not all Casinos are run by crooks. I know some casinos have commen sense and would maybe give the player another chance from the point he made the mistake or add more wagering. I strongly disagree with the rule to void all winnings. Unless it is a sure fact the player some how cheated the casino.

Couldn't agree more Hadenouth. Bonuses are starting to look like bonuses for the casino rather than the player. Would be fun if retail stores startes using bs terms with their discounts. "50% off on that car, but you gotta beat Schumaker around the nurnbergring first, if not we keep your cash and the car"

And when it comes to all these casinos with their bs terms, and others who wont pay at all it's sad the buisness doesent take responsibility. If the licencing jurisdictions, software providers, payment providers etc took some responsibility maybey we would get rid of some of this bullshit.
