Has anyone ever made a depoist here, won, cashed in and then find your account locked whille they are working on your cashin?? they tell me they do this to everyone. As of now they have only credited my $100 deposit back to my credit card. So if they can take the time to do that were is the other $900 i have coming that is supposed to be in my prepaidtm acount and i still cant access my account.

They claim 24 hour casins from the time they recive the faxback form ect... it has not been 48 hours and all they have done is credit my depoist back.

And why is it they seem to get back to you at the end of there buissness day and at that point i still have no answer.

    Gee what a shocker

Welcome to the club. I am also having problems with a RTG casino just like you. Not Crown Vegas though. But Crown Vegas is claiming they do this to everyone? They didn't do it to me when I won there a while back. Is it a new policy to lock every winner's account? That is horrible business. The things RTG will pull. If you don't get paid soon, as soon as the Casinomeister comes back I would PAB! He will get to the bottom of this. Hope you get paid soon. ;)

    ok this is s**T

OMG they just got back to me denied my $900 in winnings!!!! said cause i plauyed roullete, well guess what when i did play it i had already cashed in $1,000. That is when i found out I could only cashin 10'x's my depoist, i did have $2,000 in my account cashed in $1,000 and was told by there support person that it was more or less funny money, so have fun. Not one dime of the $1,000 i cashed in came from any roullete play i know better than that and the reall kicker her is that i only wagerd $12 on roullete on the remaing $1,000 in my account!!! Hell if you have $1000 left in your account that you cant cash in what does it matter. my player logs will show when the games were played, i had one spin on cleos gold for $1001.00 alone before i cashed in i had done nothing but play slots and blackajck.

After the cashin i was told by there support person the rest they would zero out so it was just there to play unless i won a progressive then i could win that(yeah gonna win a progressive)

this is the time i made my cashin lets see the time any roullete was played and i know it was after this on the so called funny money left in my account!!

ok..lets see what they say about this

It's very easy to see what you played without your casino log. go into the folder that is any rtg casino....see the rcs folder that pretty much tells you what you did play, look in the instaled folder as well, now to compare. open up another rtg casino that you have not played a game in for exmaple if you have never played roullete at casino X go download it, not go back to the rsc and installed folder it will be there now, so for crown vegas to say :
    Dear xxxxxxxxx

Unfortunately, your gaming sheet reflects that you played roulette before making your withdrawal, hence the denial as per the rules and regulations of our Casino.

Thank you for your understanding, we now have closed this matter.

That is crap!!!! right click all the files in those folders and it says the time and date!!!

At this rate i think i may just go back to land casinos because this is just getting out of hand!!

WHY did you play roulette, before your cashin had been processed, fully in the knowledge that roulette was a barred game from promotions and it just MIGHT cause you problems?

That is completely ridiculous. You might as well stick your hand in a lion's cage, then complain when you get bitten.

However, stupidity notwithstanding, the fact that you'd fulfilled all terms and cashed out BEFORE playing roulette on the "fun money" remainder gives you a case. File a complaint with Montana - You must register/login in order to see the link. - and if they don't give you satisfaction within a month or so, contact Bryan.

The casino can argue that, notwithstanding when you played roulette, that $1000 "fun money" was part of the promotional funds, and as such, playing roulette at ANY point violated the terms of the deal. Clearly, this is nothing more than an attempt to weazel out of paying, but the casino is technically in the right and they aren't obliged to pay.

max cashin was 10x's my depoist

I had cashed in $1000.00 that was the most i could cashin, there support team said the remaing in my account was pretty much funny $$$ as my account would be zeroed out when cashin was processed, at this point did not matter what i played right???? not that the $1000 i had out had any roullete money.

I just played out the ramining acccount balance i did not win off it and even if i had would not have matterd my max cashin was 10x's my depoist and that was taken out of my account before i played any other game then slots or blackjack.

Thing here is they are not giving me the cashin because they say i played roullete before i cashed out and that is just not the case!!!

all this for 4 hands of roullete and $12 spent looks more like they are just being jerks!!

    Called RTG

The nice guy at RTG looked my acount up and first play on roullete was at 2:17am played 4 hands at $2 each, he then looked at my cashin sure enough my cashin at 12:20am... so does this make sense??

    Dear xxxxxxxxxxx

Unfortunately, your gaming sheet reflects that you played roulette before making your withdrawal, hence the denial as per the rules and regulations of our Casino.

the casino still claims that i played before because they have a report from RTG well i know what the RTG report says

    I have already contacted montana

If it comes down to RTG's word against yours, RTG will win. If RTG have doctored the report, there is absolutely no way of verifying it.

No particular offence meant, but the sheer stupidity of playing a barred game before your cashin was neatly tucked away in your Neteller account beggars belief. You are asking to be robbed. Even if you DID adhere to the terms and cashout before the roulette play, the casino can make a case for non-payment.

Take it as an expensive lesson.

    Rtg

This entire time crown vegas has said that they have the report from RTG and that is what they based this on, why is it they now sent me this email:

    Dear XXXXXXXXX

Please send us or get RTG send to us their confirmation of this.

    Regards,
    Sue
    Accounts Department
    Crown Vegas Casino

They have also stated that the cashin was denied because i played roullete before i cashed in, and all this information is based on a RTG report, why is it now they want to see the report???

I really did not think i mattered what you played seeing you already had the most cashin you could get and told it was funny money, not like i could win anymore.

Michael Mcamain over at RTG is even seeing this as just odd.

There's nothing wrong with what you did. Once you've reached the WR and made your cash in, whether you play Roulette or Tic Tac Toe after that point makes no difference. I personally ask them in chat if I've reached WR so I could play other games and I don't even cash out at that point.

Clearly RTG is confirming your times. Now it is up to you to take the casino operators responsibility and have RTG send them the logs. They must think you're on their payroll. Sounds like some insurance company who wants you to act as their evaluator, and go around and establish the value of your car.

Give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they saw 2:20 am....

Max, What drugs are you on? And where can I get some? :D

I find your posts very confusing.
Can you confirm that this is what happened:-

    1. You deposited $100, got a bonus & met the WR with a nice big profit.
    2. You requested a cash-out of $1,000.
    3. You then went on to play with (and lose) the rest of your profit, which you knew you could not withdraw anyway.
    4. The casino then refused the $900 profit part of your cash-out.

Is this the exact sequence of events?
If not, please explain more clearly what happened.
    Thanks,
    KK

    Guess what!!!

Seems this post and my call to RTG woke crown vegas up!! I just have received my cashin in my prepaidatm account, bellow is the letter from there manager:

    Dear xxxxxxx

With regards to the issue regarding your cashout, I would like to say that I
have subsequently liased with the accounts department and am pleased to
advise that we have come to the following conclusion:

After detailed examination of your game logs we have indeed found that your
play on Roulette was subsequent to your cash in. As you correctly state, the
game logs indicate that the cashin was done at 12:20 and play on roulette
first occurred at 02:17. Our accounts representative clearly did not take
this into consideration when denying your withdrawal.

As you can see, this is a simple case of human error. For that I, on behalf
of Crown Vegas Casino, apologise unequivocally. We have already transferred
the remainder of your withdrawal, as per your request, to your Prepaid ATM
    account.

In closing, I would like to add that Crown Vegas Casino has, since it's
inception, sought to provide our players with a top class online casino
where they feel safe, secure and at ease with the gaming destination they
have chosen. This principle extends to all branches of our undertaking from
support through to management. Obviously as with any online casino, we have
certain terms and conditions in place. These terms are laid out clearly and
in full leaving no doubt as to where the player stands with regards to
wagering, cashouts and the like. We believe that this ensures transparency
throughout for both player and casino. There are times however, when the
question of human error is raised, whether it be on the side of the player
or the casino. Under my management, we have taken the position that at these
times logic must prevail. We believe that this is precisely what has
occurred in your case. My only disappointment with the whole issue is that
you did not contact me sooner so that the situation could be resolved in a
timeous and fair manner via the correct channels.

Nonetheless, we are pleased that the situation has been cleared up. Again, I
offer our full and sincere apologies for this unfortunate - and indeed
isolated - event. We trust that this aside, your gaming experience was an
enjoyable one and that we will see you back in the near future. As many of
our patrons will testify, Crown Vegas offers one of the best all round
gaming experiences on the net today. We urge you and other players to put us
to the test. I can guarantee that you or they will not be disappointed.

Thank you once again for choosing Crown Vegas as your gaming destination. We
certainly value your patronage. Remember, if you have any further questions
or comments feel free to contact me directly.

I guess that went pretty fast, and i sure they saw the montana dispute, i did emaill the manager yesterday when i found out i was being denied.

So maybe in the end Crown Vegas is not that bad of a RTG casino to play at.

Yeah - sorry! I was soooo confused I thought you were the original poster!
I'll PM you my address so you can send me some of your 'happy pills'!

Glad to hear the casino did the right thing in the end!
But you have to wonder - would they have acted in this way if the player hadn't posted here & threatened to go to Montana?
