    I'm having a bad run on casino issues lately and CrazyVegas has stripped me of my patience!

    Long story short

    1. Made withdrawal on the 13th December then had to request for it to be flushed and recorded as withdrawn 15th December

    So far that's 8 business days of waiting and CrazyVegas is telling me that the funds only left on the 22nd December! WTF???

    Talk about a delay CrazyVegas! I have accounts on multiple MG casinos and usual turnaround time to credit card is 3 days. Heck, I even have redbet at 1 business day turn around on withdrawals. This is just shameful CrazyVegas!

    I've read a thread stating that their turnaround is reasonably good but that thread was back in 2003.

    In my frustration, below is the transcript of a 1 hour chat with a pitboss that really could not give me a straight answer and just simply set on trying to convince me that CrazyVegas was doing the right thing. Still no funds to date. As I kept saying, the dates are in black and white. 15th to the 19th is 5 business days. Funds were not released till the 22nd Monday following. Apparently there was a public holiday which delays 1 business day for processing. But it still does not explain 4 business days delay.

    If you could be bothered reading it, the transcript is below. Fine example of poor service and what shouldnt be an accredited casino. If you ask me, I will be closing my account once my funds finally clear. By the looks of things, Im estimating funds to clear on the 29th.

    Shame on you CrazyVegas!

    Me: your casino has broken it's promise to me once again

    Me: furthermore, I had an issue the other day regarding the 40 free spins on avalon which states that it became available on mobile casinop which did not happen but i was compensated with free spins on another game
    Tiffany: Please understand that due to the holiday there was a delay and they had to process a number of withdrawals which caused a delay.
    Me: but yet i can not be compensated for the delay your casino is causing me for the lenghty withdrawal process

    Me: but on record my withdrawal was made on the 15th - so lets say the public holiday caused the delay and wasnt processed till the 18th - that's still going over the total business days Tiffany
    Me: at the end of the day, dont you think I should be receiving some form of compensation for the delay and anger this is causing me?

    And a CSR asking if they can take a moment to research your account, followed by you saying "no," and then tearing into them is beyond annoying to me. Not sure how they are suppose to look into your problem without looking into your problem. Yes you're the customer, yes you're upset, but this problem has a specific outline to address it before tearing into the casino. And for the record I've been waiting on a payment for approx 32 or so days from a casino. I understand the frustration but as I said a very specific outline has been given here at CM to handle these things, and reading that chat I felt more sorry for the CSR than you.

    Crazy Vegas is an accredited casino. The proper way to deal with this is to contact the rep and give them an opportunity to respond ( 48 hours)

    I suggest your PM to the rep be a little more courteous than the way you treated the CS person in the chat above. If you had spoken to me like that I would have hung up on you and had security close your account for being an ass.

    from experience i can let you know cash back to some credit cards doesnt work they can only deposit and you cant cash back to them i had this prob with bgo from there end it looks like its sent but gets jammed in there processors system the card i had issues with was a commonwealth bank mastercard
    and had issues in past with mastercard in general so if its commbank or bankwest get the cash credited back to your account and take it out via ecopays or skrill

    I recommend skrill cash get sent to my bank account from there and its cheaper than ecopayz

    I made a cashout over the weekend, they processed it on Monday and it hit my card today (Wednesday) which is the usual timeframe. I'd definitely contact the rep if you haven't already, but unfortunately with the holidays now everything is going to be much slower.

    Thanks for the helpful comments (re: rep at cm) and yes I was being an ass considering the length of time this has taken and a csr trying to convince me that this is normal to wait for so long. To further add, this was the 5th person trying to convince me that this was normal to wait so long and as I said, my patience had diminished. If you've waited 32 days and are still calm. Congratulations to you sir. I admire your patience but that's simply too long to wait. I will contact the rep after the 29th if funds haven't cleared by then.

    To be clear I made that statement in reference to my wait time to help explain the fact that I understand your frustration. Nothing to do with my own patience. I'm annoyed just as much as you, and I hate having to monitor my account for payment.

    Also I would contact the rep now in order to try to get the ball rolling. You've already waited, and last thing you want is for the rep to find out the payment was never sent. Then you'll be starting from scratch on whatever day you choose to contact them. Point is I would contact the rep now. Obviously holidays will slow the reps response a bit.

    Look it is clearly shown that you are very frustrated and possibly wanted your money before Christmas.
    I think most of the people who does online gambling had been through the motions.
    Thee anxious wait for the money is sometimes almost unbearable...but it is part of the game even if it is a few days late.

    I had my fair share of daily bank account checks to see if funds had been transferred etc. and had a very rough run with Grand Thief Casino as well. So I know what you feel and how "angry" you are.

    However I don`t think it was very reasonable to "talk" to the CS in the manner you did.
    To be honest I`ve learned that this type of behavior will never have a positive result. Believe me, the more polite you are the more help you`ll get from these people....yes, even when you are sooooo frustrated that you`d want to strangle them to death.

    Look, I am not telling you how to deal with these things, all what I am saying is that it is hard to feel sympathy for your case when you post a chat log like this.

    I hope your money will arrive before the new year and you can hit the felt again.
