Never "Pitched a Bitch" here at CasinoMeister forum in Years of membership.
HOWEVER ...
Not seen garbage like this in many a long year playing only "accredited" sites either.
All of THREE WEEKS now since submitting a CrazyVegas WD and still NO payment ?!?

NOTE: Docs submitted same time-
and immediately acknowledged by them (22nd July) as being acceptable for all sister sites!
That's Riviera and others ...
(Who cares? Not likely I'll be returning to any of 'em. THAT'S FOR SURE!)

On 3 occasions since July 23, CRAZY VEGAS have reversed WD amount back into my
account : (THE REASON? "Docs not received")!?!?!
A week ago it finally shows in my casino CRAZY VEGAS account as PROCESSED
("refunded to credit card");
But even this was a result of me spending many hours double checking, saving screenshots,
duplicating same and sending polite emails to various CRAZY VEGAS reps.
THEN RESUBMITTING YET ANOTHER WD - 3 days after they said they'd take care of it?!?

Well that didn't happen either - nor did they make any further contact!
I've filed all those screenshots, messages, the replies tendering apologies, others promising to
immediately rectify, their best wishes etc.

After those however, each simply dropped the ball...obviously returning to whatever
comfortable zombie-like state they were apparently occupying, before I woke them from
their slumber (?)

I'd thought myself sufficiently intelligent and kindly disposed to those who work in
CS to make no actual demands, presenting only reasonable and accurate info for them
to work with, but obviously such tactics are little value at this CRAZY VEGAS boghole.

Also decided against pitching a CASINOMEISTER "Bitch", it being a relatively
trifling $150 amount!
But GOD a'mighty... always so friggin time consuming, this doing online "Chats",
waiting for responses, replying to their stupid "TICKETS" and stuff.
Again and again and again!

My recommendation? YOU wanna do something totally crazy???
DEPOSIT SOME MONEY AT THE ("accredited") CRAZY VEGAS CASINO

FINALLY SPAT THE DUMMY when just an hour ago somebody called "LIONEL" from
Crazy Vegas rang my mobile and asked "Have you claimed the August bonus yet???"
Told him to f..K off; That I'd be reporting it all at CM - and for him to call me
back, only if he could solve the existing NON PAYMENT SITUATION !?!

Have heard nothing since ...
It is now late afternoon 12th AUGUST 2015 here ...and my bank balance is unchanged!

A bit nervous post and a bit not very friendly to casino...
But i am totally understand you, and probably there is no other words to call them.
Not getting paid from 23 July and tried all possible ways to communicate with casino - terrible. Not how the things should be in 2015(even 2014, even 2013, it is just terrible). And another thing - it is their problem, not yours, it is they should running from one corner to other and trying to get your money to you, not you should sending tons of emails and asking where is my money.
Played at this group probably once couple years ago, and for sure i will not play there. Why i should? If i will want to play download MG casino i will pick 32red, or probably gowild. Others - sorry, go away.
 
I can understand frustration, but remember, I'm assuming you want or are seeking help from the rep and honey generally works better than vinegar for resolution.

Yeah, I've noticed a decrease in quality of service from this group. You literally have to e-mail them multiple times to get things processed.

They also have the tendency of not checking the time zone of individuals when making 'courtesy calls'. I have had calls at 2:00am my time from their South African (?) call center.

Ah.. I would love to be able to hear my own response to a call from a casino at 2am.. it would not be pretty.. :lolup:
 
Glad they've dropped the UK now. I played at ALL sites 2 years back in the VPL and FL groups and always found them 100% reliable and had no issues I recall.

W/Ds were always processed after 24-48 hours IIRC and what the OP suggests seems out of character from my experience. If they have descended this far it's bad news.
 
That is really odd, I've never had trouble with this group either. It seems like a lot of hassle to go through for $150!

There's something odd here, I'd say the payment IS sent but has an error or numerical issue and is the receiving bank's suspense account or something.

Wanted to be sure they had sufficient time to "process" the payment their way (whatever That is)
But my bank still hasn't seen it !
Wasted so much time already - and now gotta add another email to the collection ...

Next time ask them a few questions and if they do not no or tell you that they are a support working for the casino than let the boss no, They not aloud outside support to be accredited

Got the ridiculous $106.90 USD paid into my Neteller acc ..... at last
(= $150 lil Aussie dollars - less neteller's fee)
And so now, with a great many hours wasted on such insanity
(valuable time that could have been spent comfortably and confidently playing at 32RED) the episode ends!

Crazy Vegas (and the rest of that bunch) won't be seeing me again.
And oh yes ...
Most recent promise from a few days ago (just like some other turkey made during this saga) was another of their sincere regrets n apologies messages "and we will let you know immediately the '....' department reports back to us" ...

Somehow, they sorta forgot to do that too. Again !!! :(
