    They're telling him to use Neteller, and he's in the United States. Neteller hasn't been available to US residents in years. It shouldn't even be an option in his cashier.

    My original deposit request (debit card) was $20, but they were trying to put it through as $19.99 to try and get it to go through under the radar, I guess. When it took me to this screen, the $19.99 was put in automatically..
