I would like to make a complaint regarding Crazy No casino , I recently joined and deposited around £400.. the casino allowed me to sign up well aware I am from the UK. I was then looking at the withdrawl process before depositing more and found that this company is not licensed to allow UK customers. I spoke to live chat who was extremely rude and insisted that the company allows UK customers if they follow the terms and conditions, I checked the terms and conditions and it says people from the United Kingdom prohibited to use this site... however two members of staff from the casino insisted we was aloud to use the casino if we follow the terms and conditions ... (obviously the term and conditions which says we are prohibited to play has to be ignored).. I believe I was mislead and when I deposited £50 it took £50.40 so this is not the amount I agreed to.

what can I do now to get my money back v
Alas you've been scammed by another shithole casino taking illegal unlicensed deposits from the UK. There's absolutely sod-all you can do alas unless you have a sympathetic payment provider who will charge it all back.

The only person you can make a complaint to is yourself.

How did you find this casino and why did you join?.

Best advice is stick to the accredited casinos here at Casinomeister

this is really not helpful, it’s like going into a shop and buying faulty goods and then the shop saying well why did you buy it then? No one goes out to get things wrong.

but thank you for your advice will be doing my reasearch in the future 100%!

Of course it was helpful.

I pointed you to the direction of accredited casinos.

Your analogy does not hold water.

This was a purchase online, not a shop.

If you purchase something online which is coming from outside of the jurisdiction you live in, you have zero rights to any comeback.

The same as buying on Ebay ect. If you buy something and it comes from China. Your tough luck for not doing your homework before laying out the wonga.

Might sound harsh, but the only person you should be peed off with is yourself.

A quick Google would of sufficed.
