I like to file a complaint against a casino. The casino in question is named Crazy Luck Casino. Back in December, I had won 4k and I had only received 2k of my winnings. I have been arguing back and forth with them to get my remaining 2k since December 2014. I have heard every excuse under the sun. About three months ago, their Manager, Martin informed me in order for me to receive my money quickly that I needed to make a deposit so they can process my winnings. Martin states that it is in their “Terms and Conditions Agreement” when it comes to an international transfer and if I make this deposit, he guaranteed me that I would have my 2k plus the deposit ($500) a total of 2.5k in 36 hours. It has been 3 months ago, and I have not seen a dime. I have been calling the casino and asking for the Manager, leaving messages, being told to call back in 3 hours and at times they would just hang up on me. When I go online to chat, the chat is not working. Now I have another manager, John working on my account and he is now asking for me to make a small deposits in order for him to expedite my 2.5k. This is bullshit.

I already reported this to Ask gamblers.com and they tried and have gotten nowhere. The casino is now blacklisted from so many complaints from players and the lack of communication from Crazy Luck Casino. I also sent an email to Gambling Commission.gov.uk. I continue to receive calls from this casino harassing me to make a deposit and when I inquire as to where my winnings are the casino response is soon. My last phone conversation with John at Crazy luck casino, I told him that I want my money now and his response was that I wasn’t listening to him. He told me to make a deposit of $100 and he will get me my money and if I don’t make a deposit I will have to wait a long time to receive my money.

What! Is this right? I don’t think so? I have read their “Terms and Conditions Agreement” and it says nothing about making deposits in order to expedite your winnings. This is definitely illegal and Breach of their agreement. I need help to get my money.

Thank you,
ACosta

Whenever a casino demands you deposit $500 to claim your winnings....so many flags go off.

Can you call your credit card company or whoever you deposited with and dispute it?

Its pretty clear you arent getting your money so maybe atleast you can get your deposits back.

Please don't encourage people to do a charge back, even if they would be right in doing that.

It will cost more in the long run and she will probably ending up being blacklisted from a lot of casinos.

Only reason why I suggested it is when you search this casino, its completely rogue. Why is it ok for a casino to steal his money? Not just winnings but money he deposited? His own money.

You think instead of this person getting their money back they should just suck it up? I disagree.

Its sends wrong messages to rogue casinos. That they can steal your own money and there can be no retribution.

I mean sure do the PAB thing obviously but as far as I know rogue casinos could care less.

The casino lured him in to steal his own personal money. That is wrong to steal. And its also a crime.

I don't think it's ok, but I mean that a chargeback can have concequences that are worse. They get blacklisted at certain processors and will not be able to make any deposits and play anywhere. It won't help with getting just a little back.

It's also something that many players do. They threatens casinos with chargebacks, and they are doing it. Casinos will have to pay high fee's, and in the end maybe find other processors. Players will have to wait for payouts and it starts a circle that noone wants.

I'm sure someone can explain it better but chargebacks are never a smart thing to do in the casino world.
Please read up on it.

Edit: The player should read up on the casino before they play there. If they still do they are just helping the rogue casino to stay in business.
There are a lot of threads about it in the forum. Here is one: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/chargebacks-from-rogue-casinos.53467/?t=53467

Im obviously quite aware chargebacks are not good. Ive been playing online for years and have never thought about it once.

I understand your point but I also dont believe a good honest person should be stolen from like this. They tricked him into depositing money for the sole reason to steal. Thats theft.

This is a much different situation then what you suggest which is people doing chargebacks because they lose and cant afford what they lost.

I believe in exhausting every other option first of course but in the end its not right to steal another persons money like that.

Also, this player did get paid to earn his trust..but then turned around and scammed him. This is why the player continued to play/trust them. Then they tried again to steal his money by getting him to deposit once more.

Thats disgusting. And by letting these crooks away with this, is what is allowing them to stay in business.

And btw, if it is common practice to allow casinos to outright steal from you and do nothing about it, you're right I had no idea about this at all. I just figure its common sense to go after the criminals for stealing your hard earned money right from under you.

I dont have a horse in this race nor will I ever because I dont play at questionable casinos nor will I ever.

Hi Anna,

Please follow the instructions here and install this widget into your browser:
https://www.casinomeister.com/c2o/

This will tell you what the CM status is of any casino out there. This casino is in the "Reservation"
https://www.casinomeister.com/grey-zone-casinos/

...which means you have a chance to submit a PAB. Max is out at the moment, but as soon as he gets back next week, he'll be able to deal with this.

I would discourage making a chargeback. Once making a chargeback you'll go on a negative database which is global. You will have difficulties making deposits at other casinos - and possibly using your credit card elsewhere.

Have patience and we should be able to get to the bottom of this.

Thats crazy. I did not know this happened. I just thought it was between your credit card and the casino. And I didnt know you could get put on a negative database from a rogue casino

Bad advice from me I guess. Sorry about that.
