Didn't you say a few posts back that they had sent out another no deposit bonus. Have you been bonus banned? It has to say something in the cashier.

You are banned from bonuses so it's not that strange.
 
I'll think I chose to believe you anyway, or what you say about the free chip was converted from USD to ZAR.
Why? For the simple reason that if it wouldn't, it had been worth only $3.80, and that look a little cheap to me, no matter what kind of casino:rolleyes:
 
@ Resilient: the casino people say they have been trying to reach you but you have not responded. They also say that you have been linked to another account -- sounds like it was probably your husband -- and "that's why RIVAL cancelled her withdrawal and we paid her deposit amount via western union which she deposited with us."

Sounds to me like you should either get in touch with them to iron out this "linked accounts" business -- there may not be much that can be accomplished but it's probably worth a try -- or, if that goes nowhere, we might be able to accept a PAB from you on this, if you are so inclined. First step is to contact the casino people, please do that ASAP.
