Crap Bonus Rounds

Just a quick vent, but it gets so annoying.

Why do they make slots with crap bonus rounds. I would much prefer a slot where a bonus was almost a guarantee of something decent. They are not exactly easy to hit.

Today at VS and another casino I played 'Throne of Egypt' by MG for ages, In that time I had I think 4-5 lots of 15 free spins x2 and they all paid 3-5x.

Utter bollocks.

Throne of Egypt was one of my 'go to' games when there were several MG download casinos to choose from.

I soon scrapped it from the list for the very same reasons as you, exactly the same FS outcomes on Lucky Witch too 9/10.

It can pay massive tho, think its ultra HV.

Guess its same with most slots. You wait ages to hit a bonus round and the odd one pays great but most pay bad.

Even worse is the pick me bonus rounds that give cash prizes. Some are okay or at least give consolation prizes but nothing worse than going hundreds of spins and finally hitting bonus and it gives you bloody collect on first pick and pays 0. I just avoid those slots totally now lol.

I hate to admit I hate any pick me bonus...

I always seem to pick the worst one 10 times out of 10....

It always seems pre determined also...

From personal experience I find that maybe one in twenty or so bonus rounds (or more) pays well, then you're left with the dirge of crap bonus rounds that follow afterwards. It almost beggars belief sometimes, it's like the lights have been switched off.

It's just about catching the slot at the right time, easier said than done of course. In the rare event that one catches two good bonus rounds, it will very rarely get better than that, so it's usually better to run for the hills after. Unfortunately though I seldom follow my own advice and stay on a slot only to watch the inevitable 'death by a thousand spins'

Talking of 'Pick Me' bonuses, quick question I have been meaning to ask please....

Why is the recently everywhere (promotion wise) 'Blood Suckers' exempt/restricted from bonus play at a lot of casinos???

Most of the coffins contain 1x, 3x at best or fuck all!!!

I fluked the FS, pick me during FS and ALL 5! bonus symbols over the weekend and total still less than £3?????

Because it has a high TRTP of over 97% and is ultra-low variance.

I would guess they exempt blood suckers from bonus play because of the 98% rtp.

IMO playing this slot with a big WR is death everytime.

I really really detest this too! Pharaohs Fortune and Moonshine are terrible for picking the rubbish one so much opportunity but usually we pick collect on first pick! Also think I'll never get 2 wild reels and extra wild on Sots That can have particularly bad free spins too often!
