I was playing deuces wild at bigbucksbingo.com. I hit a four of a kind with 5 coins bet (0.1 pound denomination). Instead of receiving 2 pounds (20x.1 pounds is 2 pounds) I get a payout of .4 pounds as shown in the diagram. When I contacted customer support about it, they ignored me (see screenshot below).

ever since cozy software updated their software it has seemed to me to be bugged intentionally, if u play the slot hot habanero it shows bonus symbol should appear on all 5 lines according to update but i must have played about a million spins never once did it appear on 4 or 5th line even though i did hit bonus round plenty of times on 1st 2nd and 3rd reel

so i have stopped playing cozy as it seemed to me they have intentionally rigged it at some sites while others remain the same.

also their t&c's are very dodgy with many ways of restricting wins as the most u can withdraw at most of them is 250/week and 1000 max per month while u could deposit up to 5000 at one go

"Cozy games" sends up red flags just from the name.
