Didn't we used to date? hahahhaha....that's some funny sh*t skiny...
Well, obiviously we didn't. You're still speaking to me.
duh.

I ask you, why is it important for RTG to keep the public in the dark about the workings of their software? My guess is that the less we know, the less chance anyone has of spotting an inconsistency.
A B&M casino cannot keep part of their operation "hidden" from gaming officials. It must be open for inspection at any moment, with the authorities acting in the public's interest to make sure all is above board.
I have personally never killed anyone with sex although I might have killed their appetite for it.
To be fair, the public isn't allowed access to the workings of B&M casino software either.
But that reminds me of something - I used to go to the casinos here and got to know a few of the people who work there. Interestingly enough, the people who were employed by the casino weren't allowed to gamble there even on their day off or while they were on holiday.
I found that interesting....what would the reason be for that? Could it be that the casino employees would have an unfair advantage? Know which slots were loose at a given time?
Sorry if this is a derail of the original thread, if so everybody just please ignore me.
This is no derail, it is a great question. I would think that if regular customers saw their dealer playing on their day off, the customer might think he has an inside tip from working there. And, in fact, if he did win, I KNOW players would cry foul. Human nature being what it is, it could cause too many problems for the casino.
Exactly what I was going to say Jod. In fact, I'd probably be one of the ones crying foul .
Just Play I have got to say your little icon is kinda freaky. I can't stop watching it. Is it dancing, is it trying to cast a curse .... must look away .... must look away.

To repeat myself from earlir in this thread: I CHALLENGE ANYONE TO OFFER IRREFUTABLE PROOF THAT ONLINE GAMBLING, OR ANY SMALLER DEFINED SECTOR THEREOF, IS NOT MANIPULATED (above normal house advantage) FOR THE HOUSE'S GAIN IN SOMEWAY. Not your opinion mind you, or even a preponderance of evidence, but absolute proof.

I can't seem to find a good avatar....this one likes stuffing...lmao
Still derailed....
My avatar is from a 20 year old joke. I walked through a flea market once many years ago with my sister and we stopped in front of this painting. We both stared at it quietly for a while admiring it. After about a full minute I finally broke the silence. Without looking away I said "Pull my finger."
She responded with "Oh, ffs" and walked away. I guess we were done.
I've overlayed the word balloon on this painting many times since then and used it for various things. I think it suits me.

There is no irrefutable proof that online casinos (or any casinos for that matter) do not intentionally manipulate the odds. There is also no proof they do. Which basically leaves you with a choice.
We're faced with similar choices everyday. Do we believe in God although some priests are sexual deviants? Do we believe in the police knowing some of them are on the take? Do we eat at a restaurant knowing some kitchens are not clean?
Gambling in the most rudimentary sense is not evil or corrupt. It's how we live our lives every day. Every step we take is a gamble. Every time we step on the street or step in the shower, every time we find a new mate, every time we purchase an item or lend money to a friend. Every time we vote, every time we get on a plane or in a car.
But we try to know the odds and we manage the risks. We don't wander out into traffic without looking both ways, we put shower mats down, we try to get to know people before we put too much trust or faith in them, we buy from reputable companies with product guarantees, we maintain our vehicles and try to be cautious of others who may not have but in the end every decision we make still all falls back on a little faith and a little luck because no matter how much research we do we still never truly know the odds.
And people will say I know God exists because I believe and I have faith. I trust the police and a few bad apples won't take away my respect for them. I eat at this restaurant because they have been in business for years and they have a reputation for cleanliness and good service. And I play at XYZ casino because I know people have won and I know people have been paid.
It has been said many times the only guarantees in life are death and taxes but is this really such a bad thing? How much fun would life be if we always knew the odds? People like to win. The problem is you can't really win if there's no possibility you can lose.
Now That is a well thought out and intelligent post nothing but the truth with plain old common sense to back it up. Good show.
I was just about to say, please don't stop the funny stuff, but what was I thinking, like that would ever happen.

Well, after 990 posts, it had to happen eventually.
Hmmmm, let's see....
If the odds are not manipulated, the odds are against you, and the casinos will take your money in the long run;
If the odds are manipulated, the odds are really against you, and the casinos will take your money even faster;
In the first case, you will be a loser;
In the second, you're a sucker;
Either way, it sucks to lose, so count me out!

hi there,
just a quick note as a player at microgaming casinos I would like to say that there is something very stange going on. after spending thousands of dollars for the pass month and only lasting sometimes 10 minutes a session i say they are crooks. they are taking my money and real qick. if anybody comes on and tells me its a run of bad luck, this is my answer to you....i have played online casino for a little more then 10 years and at one time rtg use to be my favourite until they started treating me like microgaming. they are very thigh? and i also know that they do need to make money but come on this is robbery especially for loyal cutomers. so i say its really time for me to say bye bye and leave the microgaming games.
Get yourself a good Jewish accountant and find some bonds
and stocks to invest your thousands a month on.
Also, spell checker is your friend.
