Very good lecture by Kelby Smith explaining the legalities of how United States Citizens have been tricked into serfdom.

The first hour and a quarter's lecture is excellent, after which the discussion goes off of the deep end, as they discuss the constitution; which in reality, has so many get out clauses, that it essentially has no teeth; and possible solutions via the court system; which quite frankly are dangerous and have since been proven to be so.

But the lecture is certainly worth a listen: :)

I listened to jordan maxwell a bit in the past, he makes me laugh the way he leads up to something but never quite reveals anything, I think he did a bit about the US being a corporation and also a lot on maritime law.

Will give this vid a listen soon, as Jordan is fond of saying 'you better do your homework'.

This bloke, Smith, has done his homework, but I wouldn't follow his solutions without doing my own homework. He is a brave guy for his pioneering spirit, but I'm not sure it is necessary to relinquish one's citizenship, you can circumvent most of the legal BS by exercising your common law rights; that's where the homework comes in. Karl Lentz is much better on that stuff.

Giving up US citizenship might be more comparable to us giving up EU citizenship, which we have already done, allegedly, so maybe he has a point. :)

Happy Birthday America

If that's the case, I guess you are glad you don't live here in the beautiful USA!

I didn't watch the video, its 2 hours, I don't have time for that.
I did google his name though, not much came up. Is he a constitutional scholar?

Everywhere else is under the same yoke Weesie. This guy is explaining how it happened in the land of the free.

But to answer your question, no the USA is not top of my list of places to emigrate to, beautiful country 'though. It is a shame you have given it away.

Been to Florida (twice) and Wet & Wild (twice) and can confirm it is the greatest place on earth.

Although in fairness I was 10 & 13, respectively

Went out this morning and to my surprise there were two female wild turkeys in the yard and this is the city. That's never happened here in the 17 years living in this area.

Been cotton tail rabbits every where the last 3 years. I feed 2 that hang around the yard from time to time. Especially in the winter. They're (people) building housing on every piece of scrap land they can find.

We are just barely outside city limits here and quite frequently a group of deer will stroll down the middle of the street. It is a sight to see. I have to chuckle when I see them eating away at the neighbors flowers/plants that they worked so hard on. I have some pictures but seem to have lost them. This morning I saw 2 raccoons heading up the neighbors tree, which I found amusing since they don't usually show themselves in the day light.

Anyway, back to topic. I just get tired of seeing mostly bad comments about the USA, from people that don't even live here. We may have our problems but it is my country and I love it. At soon-to-be 63, I still stop what I am doing and place my hand on my heart for the National Anthem. With a lump in my throat & tears welling in my eyes, I listen.

I think most of the 'bad comments' are aimed at your politicians and the actions they take [the worse being waging war against countries thousands of miles away from america] that impact on the rest of the world, the american people on the whole are kind, good folks and it must be amazing to live in a country with so many different landscapes and diverse wildlife:

But if you listen to the lecture, you will discover that the USA is in fact just a corporation, a legal fiction, with it's head office in Washington D.C., it is not a nation as such except within the confines of the District of Columbia.

What gives the USA jurisdiction over you are the various contracts signed by you and your parents for income tax, birth certificates, drivers licenses, passports, etc.

This was not a post intended to knock the USA, it was intended to enlighten folks who were not informed on this matter.

How is someone's opinion on Donald Trump or their pointing out that the USA is a corporate dictatorship, how is that knocking America?

Ok, but it still kind of knocks USA citizens like we are idiots and need "enlightenment" from you or "Kelby Smith". You don't live here yet you felt the need to share this guys podcast or whatever it is. Supposedly to help or inform us on our government.

I don't know where "Albion" is, but I hope your country is perfect to and for it's people. It must be or you wouldn't feel the need to start a thread "informing" American about theirs.

Albion refers to the island of Great Britain, and no it is not perfect, in fact, it is a political basket case, and we were the first people to be subjected to this corporate trickery, after the slum clearance, known historically as the Great Fire of London in the year 1666, when the Bank of England was established, built on the land cleared by the fire. The Bank Of England is where US income tax goes, as interest payments on the unrepayable US national debt.

If you are not interested in how your country is being governed, it is no skin off of my nose, but I'm sure others will be. :)

How come Google says the Bank of England was established in 1664 and the 1666 Great Fire was caused by Thomas Farriner's bakery?

Well if you want to split hairs; the fires were started by Jesuit terrorists, representing the Vatican banking interests, 1694 is actually correct (edited), but the key date is in 1666, when the

was passed into 'law', this act forms the basis of the huge con that has financed the progress of the one world order.

Basically, the unclaimed estates of those killed by the fire; the slum dwellers, would be used as assets by the B of E. That is how the act got passed, but it is now being used to issue bonds on each and every one of us, tied to our birth certificates, to the value of about £30 million over a working lifetime, and all of that cash is being used to finance the creation of this one world order.

might be time to go off the grid.

I don't care what you think. Starting a thread about the USA like you did, with some video about how our country is/was run and you are not even from the USA? Plus, pretty much saying we have no idea about our own country is run, is an insult. Why? If not to denigrate our intelligence, why do it at all? And no, so far you haven't had a lot of "interest" in this topic. Or they are just not interested in YOUR and your videos opinions.

Worry about "Albion"!

Alright Weesie, I'm sorry I tried to denigrate your intelligence, OK?

To anyone else who is reading this. It doesn't just apply to the USA, it applies to your nation too; this is a global thing.
