Coral Rep Not Replying to PM

They told me that this was not a priority - and that if their non-responsiveness was reason enough to remove them from the accredited section, then they quote: "will review whether we want any further dealings with your site." :rolleyes:

I told them that as long as Casinomeister remains a viable website, then they will always be dealing with us whether they like it or not.

It's a real shame when casino reps fail to see the value of being a member of Casinomeister - especially a casino that is able to maintain the standards of a CM Accredited Casino. And this is the largest, and wisest player community - but I guess it's a matter of "the bottom line". If they aren't going to make any money here, then why bother?
 
ya just gotta love casino's that think they are just too good for everyone else and rules.

Their response speaks volumes. Is this how they would deal with any issues that arise? Their way or the highway, if ya dont like it too bad?

Well well well,

I'm not going to go into figures but I'm well in the minus with them over the years. The reason for that loyalty with my deposits there is the way Anthony dealt with an issue I had when first joining casinomeister after getting nowhere with their customer service. I felt secure knowing everything was in hand, so technically it does pay something to be active on here & really shouldn't take up to much time.

I hope Coral read this & reflect on what Bryan has just posted as it doesn't come across well & they're better then that.

Thats a shame, was it Anthony as he was always spot on with me, sorting many problems out quickly. If he isn't dealing with things now it will be a shame :(

that explains why he stopped replying :(
He was head of gaming so was high up, and as a result could authorise things normal CS staff couldn't. Gave me £100 cash once due to problems I had had with live chat, and £50 more than once.

It's taken some considerable time to get to the bottom of this but I'm "like a dog with a bone!" lol!

Ok, to confirm the following; Anthony has left the business. The new Rep is now a guy called Craig. Apparently, where Anthony was able to add bonuses etc to players' accounts, the new Rep is unable to do so and his advice was to contact CS or my "VIP Manager." I was surprised due to the fact that since he's taken over the role from Anthony, he doesn't have the same level of clearance - and while it's not a CM requirement for Reps to be able to issue player bonuses, in my experience on here, Reps at other casinos' often do so because they recognise it as one of the reasons for being here.

Anyway, that's the breaking news lol :rolleyes:
