Coral Poker verification problem

Hi! I am new here and this is my first post. I want to share with you something is happening to me. I am playing at Coral Poker. After they gave me a $10 token and I turn it into money by playing, I deposited $15 and keep playing until I reached $102.50. Next days when I tried to log in, a message appeared telling me that my account was suspended. According to the terms of use, they need to verify new accounts. So I received a message in my e-mail address requesting my data and personal details to do it (ID copy, utility bill copy, birth certificate copy...) so I sent them all necessary data to do it. Ok.
The problem is, days are passing and there are no clues about this verification process. I get answered just once. Then never again. I understand that they could be busy, but they could answer my e-mail messages at least. But no. No answers. No any single clue about what's happening :confused:. Is this normal?? Why is it taking so many days?? I'm tired about this situation :mad:. Have you experienced this situation before at this site? First time something like this happens to me, and I have played at many poker sites. I will appreciate any help or suggestion. Thank you very much and have a nice day.

Give the a call using skype and they woulk look at your documents.Had similar problem with them.
