Coral Poker verification problem

Hi! I am new here and this is my first post. I want to share with you something is happening to me. I am playing at Coral Poker. After they gave me a $10 token and I turn it into money by playing, I deposited $15 and keep playing until I reached $102.50. Next days when I tried to log in, a message appeared telling me that my account was suspended. According to the terms of use, they need to verify new accounts. So I received a message in my e-mail address requesting my data and personal details to do it (ID copy, utility bill copy, birth certificate copy...) so I sent them all necessary data to do it. Ok.
The problem is, days are passing and there are no clues about this verification process. I get answered just once. Then never again. I understand that they could be busy, but they could answer my e-mail messages at least. But no. No answers. No any single clue about what's happening . Is this normal?? Why is it taking so many days?? I'm tired about this situation . Have you experienced this situation before at this site? First time something like this happens to me, and I have played at many poker sites. I will appreciate any help or suggestion. Thank you very much and have a nice day.

Give the a call using skype and they woulk look at your documents.Had similar problem with them.

Hi! I contacted a Coral Poker representative using the link you gave me and he helped me so my account was finally verified! And it took only 24 hours! Thank you very much! PROBLEM SOLVED!
