hi earlier today i was giveing back a stake of £100 from a live dealer blackjack hand that i had problems with a few days before i got it to £1000 i cashed out £300 then carried on playing and lost the £700 however during this time i had a problem with roulette didnt get paid out so they returned my £72 i didnt get from roulette how ever in the mean time i called an asked if i could reverse the cashout she said no its allready been sent i said ok that card on my account is an old card does that matter she said no then put me on hold and then come back and said ive removed that card for you which i didnt ask her to do i then carried on playin with the £72 i had in my account i got it to £780 i tried to cash that out an it said i couldnt as no card was availble on my account so i called an the man told me i had to register a new card and make a deposit in order to cashout my winnings but i didnt have any money in my bank to do that i then carried on playing and lost my money ive made a complaint because i shoild have been able to cashout my money like i did an hour before it before the lady removed my card without me asking her to they have now sent me a message saying
I am going to suspend your account immediately while we investigate this issue, you message worries me in regards to your playing habits, we would never want you to get into trouble or invite you to our VIP Club when as you said below, you could not immediately withdraw, so spent it all and feel it is someone else's fault that you chose to continue playing and spent the 700 pounds you meant to withdrawal. We want your experience to be a fun one and for you to play responsibly.
From looking myself I can see you called today at 5pm and had your card ending 0202 removed because it was lost. You called again at 6:11 and asked Mark if you could register a card without making a deposit and he advised no, you cannot and suggested that you make the minimum deposit of £5 and then a withdrawal.
We will listen to these calls, conduct a full investigation and respond to you in the next 48 hours. If we decide that you are not playing responsibly your account will be self excluded for a minimum of 6 months, we take responsible gaming very seriously.
i do feel this is not my fault as i wanted to cash it out and play another day as i know to well how easy it is to lose that kind of money i dont have a problem with loseing money i just feel like i didnt have the option to collect my winnings as that lady removed my card do you think i am in the wrong ? thanks
