Resolved CoolHandPoker refuses $300 Bonus Payment

Hello,

I would like to complain about CoolHandPoker's (CHP) business behaviour:

On Sep 11, 2009, Alex from CHP offered me a 2nd $300 bonus via email (" ... we are going to honor our mistake and grant your 100% match up to $700 paid to you in $10 increments for every 100 raked hands you play. ...").
I gave him thanks and continued playing poker.
Some time later, in December, I recalculated my balance at CHP and realized CHP obviously didn't pay the bonus yet.
I raked about 2,500 hands so I miss about $250.

On Dec 08, Dec 15, 2009 and Jan 07, 2010 I emailed them in a friendly manner, attached the relevant emails to make sure they knew the connections and asked them to check this out.

I never got an answer, not even a notice of arrival.

I consider this a rude and intentional behaviour as they would respond quite quickly on other matters in the past.

Edit: Just contacted the Bellerocke representative, providing him with the details, incl. real name and account no.
