Ok guy,s and girl,s this is one for the book,s. I get a e-mail from a casino that went as far as to close my acct. after they put me into a no bonus group and i still won, and then they did not respond to any of CS question,,s and then they stopped allowing any US facing player,s to play? So they must have either changed owner,s or some such jasper move to continue to work the people. That is not the problem here but the method of spam is? Please remember that even getting this e-mail is unbelievable :confused:so check it out i simply just copied the e-mail.Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff
The $45,494.29 win is nice but HOW he won...
Crazy. But true.

SN in California logged into Cool Cat late last night on his cellphone. New player, joined the day before. Had more than his fair share of good luck, though, so sitting on just over a dime.

Starts playing Rudolph's Revenge. Two bucks a spin as he warms up. Nothing. Calls it a night

But can't sleep. Two hours later, logs in again on his mobile. Starts on the new Lucky 6 (which has been hitting so often we're thinking of pulling the game!). Goes large, fifty bucks a spin. Wins $500 on the second spin. $200 on the sixth spin.

Then, Free Game Feature:
$0.00
$0.00
$20.00
$20.00
$200.0
$20,000.00
Feels good about his decision to not stay in bed.

Fires up Lucky6 again, and then Enchanted Garden. Breaks even. Time fo bed?

Nah. Lucha Libre? 12.50 a spin, but that's to too low for this game,so not much in it. Ups it to 25. Getting better returns. Ups it to 62.50. Lucha likes that; hits a 3000 win in the game.

Now sitting on 25k, the adrenaline is pumping. Dives into Crystal Water. 50 a spin. Very high volatility. In less than a minute, Feature.

And he's up another $15,000.

Sitting a big bankroll, he bets a small fortune on Small Fortune. 125 a spin (all house money of course!). Quickly hits the feature, up another five dimes. these high volatility games like him tonight. 2500, 1300, 9750 in the base game playing 25 lines.

He's up $46,594.29 in an hour of play. Sweet dreams.

Three five figure wins. And a hell of a ride. On a cellphone.

It's happening at the Cat. Today.

Wow you really play there.:what:

Very comical email, but wouldn't expect anything else from that rogue.

They forgot to mention the part where the player lost it all, or how they voided the win, or how it will take years to get paid.

are people indeed still depositing at this joint???? :what: :confused:

you would think a simple google search would make sure nobody gave these jokers a single cent. they are one of the very few casinos which was rogue right from the start, they never planned to have a honest operation  :(

Yes BMWSTACK I did indeed play there some 8 or more year,s ago and they did indeed pay me for all of my win,s. Now as for today the way they treated me after all the crap they did to me to make me stop playing there i honestly would believe they would and do just about anything to hurt good player,s and newbie,s alike. The old site did right by me this new place I know nothing about BUT the spam speaks volume,s.Peace Out! Out Of The Must! shewoff

What exactly is the problem?

I'm a bit confused by this thread. What exactly is the problem and what did CoolCat recently do wrong? I am unaware that they no longer take US players and I believe they have been taken off the rogue list at casinomeister and that their rep has handled all problems and is constantly on the forum. Is that not correct? Did CoolCat do something wrong here? Or is it just a bash CoolCat thread? I also have no reason to believe that the email they sent out (I got it as well) is not true. I can't get bonuses there anymore either but I did get the email. I for one was always paid every penny by them.

The tradeoff is simple; they give amazing bonuses but pay out in a slowish, suboptimal manner. We know that. If that's your thing, enjoy, if not, don't play. I for one LOVE bonuses so I was happy to wait. For those who do not want bonuses, there are other US facing RTG's that pay faster. Take your pick.

Actually I see that mail as a bit of a problem, mostly because they're promoting irresponsible gambling - basically telling a story which may or may not be true about how the way to win is to find a high variance game and bet as high as you can.

Kinda reminds me of that old ummm was it Jackpot Factory group? Anyhow they had those fake testimonials claiming to be from people who were so poor they didn't know where their next meal was coming from so they put their last $20 in the casino and WON like crazy. Or the woman who was so depressed that she couldn't even get out of bed, and playing at the casino was like her best friend and soulmate now....or some shit like that.

Chances are that the mail was sent from an affiliate anyhow.

Personally I have never played at any Virtual Group casino. I was lucky enough to be a CM member and knew there were better casinos.

But I'd hate to be the one with a million dollar jackpot being the test case to see if they became truly up and up.

Shewolf I'd hate for you to that test case of their business model too.

Keep you bets small, be very careful to read all the rules, including general EVERY TIME. Don't play the largest progressives. Don't go on tilt bettting $100 a spin.

I certainly have my reservations about this group.

Since the OP is no longer a newbie and know that the ability to contact a rep here at CM is very valuable at seeing issues resolved quickly, and ideally by private message before bringing it up here.

Shewolf is a big boy and knows what he is risking. But I wouldn't and I strongly urge other players not to either. Doesn't mean we jump all over him for taking unnecessary risks with his own damn money. Which since he wanted us to read in full the email he was sent, he was not saying he was planning on depositing based on this testimonial. And just because they won it, does not mean they cashed it out.

I'm unsure if you have read past thds that discuss that RTG slots have different RTP versions available? Because it is late, lets just call them high medium and low. Low is only around 90 percent, and if you are not lucky enough to win a jackpot that is doubtful if you play often. Ask yourself if they might use the lowest setting in order to offer bonuses that look bigger?

I hate seeing any of us talk about them good or bad for the simple reason that any publicity is good publicity.

Peace out my friend.

This thread is getting out of control? Slotslover if you had read the entire thread you would see that I. also said that they paid me for all of my win,s? This is stated in 2 response,s, and as i also said I played there year,s ago and have had NO dealing,s with them at all recently. I,am not dogging the site I,am dogging the method of spam sent to me a old player unable to play there any more because I have tried to DL the site and i get a "They no longer are available to player,s in my area"? I,am a player that does know what I risk here by doing a simple thread about what i see as a very unusual method of spam from a casino i have old knowledge of and am no longer able to play on if the rep is here, They are more than welcome to make any statement they wish? I have always given positive statement,s about any and all casino,s that are true to the player,s. Please don,t get me wrong here?If this style of spam is acceptable here as what is truly happening then I sadly but rightly so do withdraw my statement and ask forgiveness to the offended party?shewoff :notworthy

did they pay in full within Three business days? I highly doubt it! they will no doubt forgot to add the small fact of the withdrawal limit is $500 per every four week period or something daft like that. they never paid 47K in one go, never!

Shewoof: you have nothing to apologize for and I apologize if I seemed to come off as attacking you and/or your post. I was just a bit surprised how people always jump on the attack virtual bandwagon so quickly in response to your post. It's all good fun and discussion. Happy Holidays

Well I been waiting on a withdrawal from Palace of Chance for almost a month now. Every time I check on it, its at the processor. Funny thing it was supposed to have been sent to the processor right after the 2 week waiting period. After inquiring about it last week. It was forgotten and just got sent there for processing. :(

My last withdrawal I was sent a Canadian check in which I had trouble trying to cash. I requested that they no longer send me a Canadian check but was told that is beyond their control. Everything about them seems like they have returned to their old ways of delays delays delays.

For anyone who plays there and is experiencing payment delays or excuses, you really should PAB - if Max and Bryan see that there are a lot of issues again, maybe this group will end up back in the rogue pit. On another note....I'd have to be in a coma before I'd be ok with a 2 week pending period. But that's just me, I have a tough time with 48 hours!

This group of casinos don't care. All they say is it with the processor and will let you know once we receive tracking information. To have 2 week pending period is horrible and I fault no one for playing there but myself. Why is it that every other casino can process within 48 hrs. But they want you to wait 2 weeks?

Because they are a rogue group and don't want to pay you. Instead they are expecting you to reverse and lose the withdrawal

They have been rogue for years and apparently turned over a new leaf, but in my experience "a wolf will never be a dog, no matter what fur he is wearing"

If a casino has a standard 2 week pending policy and it's in their terms and people still want to play there, then really there's nothing wrong. Some people don't have a problem with waiting - I actually remember someone saying "oh they pay - it took a month but I'm happy!" :eek2: I know, I don't understand it either. Especially when they complain about other casinos not paying over the weekend. :)

BUT if the casino has a 2 week pending period AND they're consistently still not meeting their established timeframes for withdrawals, then it's a problem IMO. This group did a hell of a lot of acrobatics to get out of the rogue pit and the only reason they DID get out is that there weren't any player complaints during that time. You as a player can take the hit for playing there knowing that the pay slowly, but the casino has to take the responsibility for paying their players in a timely manner after the excruciatingly long delay that THEY set is over. And if this is an ongoing thing, then maybe they deserve to be back in the pit - and the only way that will happen is if the players who are getting excuses and delays start PABing about it.

I will PAB tomorrow if nothing changes. Upon researching I found this was posted today also about Palace of Chance:
"A withdrawal request for $750 was made on the 20th Nov 2015, it was approved on the 1st Dec. Since then I have made numerous emails and conversations via their chat. I am starting to get suspicious that they are deliberately delaying sending payment to the processor. They have requested bank wire details three times of which I have sent, they even suggested that bank wire may not have been an option available, although this has now been confirmed as OK, but again I feel this is just a delaying tactic and seems to follow others experiences. What I don't understand is that they receive our money immediately but take well over a month to pay you back if you are lucky enough to win something. All I seem to get is that due to the holidays things have been delayed, yet we have yet to start the holiday period! Please help"

Sigh

That sounds like the stuff that was happening BEFORE the big leaf-turning-over.

But I guess that explains the spam email that the OP posted - they need to sucker in some players to bet as high as they can on high variance games so they can get some income to pay the ones who are waiting! :D Seriously though, hang in there - it maybe very well be a processor issue, but I can't help but be skeptical given their history. On a happy note, you'll remember this experience the next time you want to deposit somewhere, amiright?

JW from Florida logged off like thirty minutes ago. After a two and a half hour session. Way up.

He started at 4am with a balance of all of 7.70. Played High Fashion and The Naughty List. Ramped that up to 69.70 in an hour. On his cellphone. And logged off.

At nine this morning, logs in again on his cell. Quick deposit to top up his funds.

Starts playing "The Naughty List". at 50 bucks a spin. In two minutes, is up over ten thousand dollars.

Then it gets interesting.... Remember: The Naughty List is a High Volatility game, meaning it pays big when you play big. He knows this, and starts moving between fifty and a buck twenty five a spin.

He's hitting Features every four minutes or so. Every one adding thousands to his bankroll.

At about 10:30, he ups to 250 a spin. By ten to ten, he's added another 5360. And gets another feature.

And scores fifty thousand, two hundred and seventy dollars.

He's got something else to do at 11 (celebrate if it was us), so logs off his cellphone at 10:58.

Up $77,914.82.

No jackpots, just pushing the machine to its limits.

Bet big, win big.

Next one to go? They're all hot: Achilles, Aladdin, Caesar's, Cleo's, Crystal Waters, Enchanted Garden, Goldbeard, Regal Riches... all in five figures. With tons of action on them.

They will pop over the holidays, guaranteed.

Choose one?. Coyote Cash at 33,066.05. Looks pretty ripe.

On your cell or PC or Mac.

Escape to a better world. Escape to Planet 7.
