Cool Cat Casino has been given my wife and I the runaround for at least 6 weeks. They owe us winnings and complain about falling behind and we need to wait ten more days..Its really frustrating..What scammers they are..I will bother them every day for my money

Thanks for the heads up. My wife and I won't play there. I think she played some comp money a while back, but it is bad enough to wait three weeks for a Rival casino to pay (a recent win we had), six weeks is enough time to go from Park Place to Skidrow. I hope you get your money.

Its true. cool cat is rogued. i installed them cuz they had a free welocme bonus but when i googled them . OH MY GOODNESS there was nothing good said about them so i imediatly un installed the casino.

Reda, you've been a member here for FIVE years....are you aware there is a rogue list? And that Virtual has been at the number one spot on that list for as long as you've been here? Don't people read any of the dozens and dozens of Virtual threads that get posted here regularly?

It just amazes me the old time members that seem "amazed" when they find out how bad Virtual is. And the new members who come and start threads about waiting for payment from Virtual....like it's a revelation.

My God...would you spend money in "real life" on a product or service you weren't familiar with? And hand over your personal details to anyone who just came knocking on your door...without getting some background info first? Why is online any different? It takes thirty seconds tops to type "Virtual Casino complaints" into google. Or Cool Cat complaints, or whatever.

It just boggles the mind, it really does.

Newsflash!!! This just in...Virtual and ALL of their casino properties are crooks of the highest order. Just for those who weren't aware.

Isn't there some sort or goverment or regulatory agency that overseas scamming casino's on line? It is hard for me to belief that these casino's are still operating and governments do not seem to get involved in closing down casinos's that use unethical procedures. Can these casino's be shut down from internet play? Isn,t there some penalties or censorships available. Obviously there is no recourse in trying to get winnings from some of these bogus casino's. Being that the internet gambling scene is getting bigger and bigger I feel a regulatory commission should be set up so all these casino's are obligated to follow the rules set forth or otherwise be subject to fines or close downs. Yep! Stop playing there and maybe they will shrivel up and die! Seriously, rogues like these depend on the lack of avenues to prosecute them for their very existance.

The truth of the matter is Cool Cat is a notorious rogue casino. This casino and the rest of their group have cheated many other people for a bunch of money.

I think it would be very smart if you would take the time and read up on all the different aspects here at Casinomeister. You can learn about good casinos, bad casinos, how to utilize this site completely.

That would answer any and all of your questions and comments in your post.

I won at Crystal palace...and I was paid....than I won again and was paid too.....I never depopsited there anymore, sure,after Ive read about Casinomeister and all the other forums that I did search for after.....and only"AFTER" I felt something fishy about these casinos.
Now, what Im trying to say is....as same as I didnt know about forums and stuff like that ...there are trillions of ppl that just do deposit to a "casino" any casino....just for the fun of it.
If they lose ....no problem they had some fun and thats it, if they win tho...than they start searching,(I did it) cause they want to cash theyr money...now, and ONLY NOW, is when knowledge comes in

.....noone HERE on this same forum knew ALL about ROGUE or whatever else is needed to know when they beginn gambling..
Noone was born with knowledge about everything....there is and there will ALWAYS be the first time for everything.
So, why do attack some poor souls (like I was once)just cause they didnt know any better?

Owned and operated by The Virtual Group. Housed in China (Hong Kong)

Site 2: bonusrating.com
A trace shows that the site is registered through 'Private Systems Networks'

Site 3: casinobonus2.com
This site is registered through 'Domain Privacy Group, Inc.'


See the common theme here?


Even CM members who promote rogue casinos have a similar attitude.

If you browse through some of the threads where I, and a few others have called out these members, they don't respond with 'I'm sorry, I will pull them immediately'.

The response is usually 'who the f%$^ are you to tell me how to run MY business'

There are NO other avenues. If they decide at some point in the future to pay him, they will. If they decide to NOT pay him, they won't. Just ask the hundreds/thousands who have been ripped off by Virtual Casino over the years.

There is no oversight committee, there are no government regulations that these guys follow.

I'm beginning to think it's the players who should be required to have a licence before they are allowed to play online. They should have to take a written test about where and where not to play...anything less than a 90% grade is a failing mark. And that goes for affiliates too.

Sparky, go back and read the responses in the thread you already started in Complaints. If Coolcat/Virtual aka criminals/crooks, decide to pay you....then they will...at some future point. Until then, you're shit out of luck.

Any chance you remember WHICH website you found Coolcat on? Where you opened your account from? That's who you should be complaining to.

I've said it before....sometimes the ONLY way to make people see the light is to hit them over the head with a sledgehammer. This site is here, has been here for years...and yet, how many of these new posts do we get every week? They should be complaining to the asshole affiliate site who referred them to Coolcat in the first place.

How about players who have been members of this site for YEARS, and yet post about Virtual being rogue? Like they're enlightening the rest of us. I really have to wonder how many people actually read anymore these days? It's sad...a wealth of info available at your fingertips (Google), but how many use it? How many members of this site have actually read anything but the forum? Or the Winner's Screenshots thread? Or Online Casinos? There's a whole forum here...and a whole site attached to it, with every kind of information that you could possibly want.

Oh I know I try and other reputable affiliate webmasters do too.

This month I've brought two private GPWA member to count for promoting Cool Cat.
But as per usual I got set upon and called names that I wont repeat here.

This usually seems to follow with the "stay out of people's business" routine by the gaggle of their butt kissing affiliate friends.

So it's not that people don't try to stamp this out, it's probably the fact that people (who are not thick skinned) get sick of trying to make the industry better for players but get sick of being made out to be the wrong doer. When it's those that promote these clip joints are the iffy ones.

Unfortunately it seems most affiliates are driven by $$$'s and not integrity...

EG a disturbing % are not on the up and up as they'd like players and their site visitors to think.

i had 2 withdrawls from virtual groups from january 3rd, just before i joined here and saw the roguelist. but they did pay me a couple of weeks ago. it took just under 2 months to get paid. also years ago i won 5k at cool cat and actually was paid in less than two weeks through firepay at the time. god i miss firepay.

No doubt I opened accounts when I saw the freebies (thanks to the rogue webmasters)..but I did my homework before I ever deposited a dime anywhere. And if I had been silly enough to actually deposit...trust me, I wouldn't have been coming here telling people that Virtual is bad cause I didn't get paid. Not after seeing the "rep" they have here. That's like standing in a room full of flu ridden people, giving them all a big kiss...and then complaining when you come down with the flu.

This is exactly why The Virtual Group will pay out SOME players.

If they believe that you are a whale and will be back depositing time and time again, or that you will shill for them in forums like Casinomeister, they will pay you out eventually, knowing full well that this will result in a couple of more suckers heading their way, plus they can pull the plug on your account whenever they think your balance is worth stealing.


Also: don't forget that joining any Virtual casino is the same as handing your personal details over to every spam dweeb on the planet. They do it for you the moment you join. (See my thread from last fall)
