Just wanted anyone who currently plays at or is considering to play at COOL CAT casino to know that if you make a withdrawal in excess of $1,000, they are no longer going to offer you the coupons for bonus play. At least that's what I was told today. I cashed out around 3k back in March and they have told me I am no longer eligible for any type of bonus. Was SHOCKED to say the least!

This is all too common, especially for US players. The best recourse is to show your dissatisfaction by playing elsewhere but also remember casinos are not obliged to give any bonuses at all.

You should be pleased they paid you the 3k.

You might wish to know other RTG groups, even accredited ones deny you coupon usage when you win relatively big in relation to your deposits. Recently the Club World group and Uptown Aces did this to me the latter where I only won a mere 200 or so bucks. Pathetic.
