Contacting Evolution Gaming / Playtech

Hi, I've been trying to contact Evolution Gaming & Playtech for well over a month now but seem to get stonewalled at every attempt. It's not concerning a matter which live support can assist, but I have asked them what they advise to do in order to contact the company directly. The first couple of times asking I got logged out of my account for some reason, then they advised me to use the e-mail address shown on their website. I have sent numerous e-mails from different addresses but have not received a reply from either company. There also isn't a phone number on the Evolution website, which is unusual for a business of that size. Does anybody know a rep or point of contact for either of these companies other than the website e-mail addresses & live support please?
I have also contacted the casino through which I was accessing the playtech & evolution games but they told me they had no contact information for them.

They don't want contacted about live games. Thats the whole point. No contact..no complaint..no issue to deal with.
