Stealing huge amount from players continues at connecttocasino!

I am short of $2,505! Out of $3,105 I recieved only $600. And they have no shame by arguing about new rules applied retroactively!

Montana decided to ignore my complaint altogether on purely technical grounds. They said I didn't submit the claim within 60 days of the problem. But I think Montana is working effectively less than 60 days so it can seriously be considered within 60 days of "inception of the Montana program".
 
How about posting a few details? What rules were changed? Posting vague accusations like this is pointless.

On January 31 I deposited $50 and I received a bonus of $300. At the 4th of May I had $3,405 in my account (without any additional deposits). On May 4 I made a withdrawal of $3,105 and on May 6 I received only $600. The reason that I received only $600 was because according to their recent rules I am only allowed to withdraw twice the amount of the bonus. But this rule only went into affect after I made the deposit on January 31 and therefore is not applicable for my deposit.
 
The cashout caps were first introduced in late February. Prior to that date, there were no restrictions.

So in your case, you're right - your 31st January deposit is not bound by those subsequent rules. Since there was SUCH a long time between deposit and cashout - over three months - the casino can be forgiven for quoting the rules that by early May were well established. However, assuming the date of your deposit is correct, you're owed your full cashout as you say. PM John Spears here (handle: connectocasino) - I'm sure he'll sort it out.

AFTER they will pay it will be forgiven. Not now when they ignore me altogether.

I contacted John Spears. He refered me to management. I contacted the management. The management did not reply even after two emails.

Now John Spears replied. Here is the "justification" for non-payment:

You have made deposits and taken subsequent withdrawals of $ 5500 well after these previous issues you are talking about. You have withdrawn over $ 8500 from us to date and you still claim we're stealing from you. Once a player takes more withdrawals we consider all previous issues to be closed. You agreed to the $ 600 withdrawal and deposited and withdrew again well after that.

Holy crap! I withdrew on May 4th, got the $600 on the 6th. Immediately, I emailed them about their mistake, and made another deposit. Does this mean I gave up the $2,505?

For everyone having list of rouge casino excuses. Add the new one:
xx. a player that made a deposit immediately loses anything coming to him from casino previously
 
OK, this is now out of order. There is logic behind "Once a player takes more withdrawals we consider all previous issues to be closed", but previous issues can only reasonably be considered "closed" if a player decides to re-deposit AFTER he has been made aware that a cashin is going to be denied; then, his re-deposit would be a tacit acceptance of that decision. In your case, you had no idea there would be an issue with your cashout, and if you had, you would never have re-deposited! There is also nothing in the T & C which this - that subsequent deposits void payment complaints on earlier cashouts if the casino decides for whatever reason to not pay those earlier cashouts - understandably

I hope they sort this out, because this is wrong.
 
I dont know why people keep playing at this casino, yes i know why cause of the big fat bonus, you might as wale play in fun mode, cause you cant cash out. They been wrong, lyers and thieves, i hope i see them in vegas. i will be there in october

Christ, do we have to keep having EVERY Connect thread sidetracked with Marco's non-issue? This is really getting tedious. It's already been discussed AD NUASEUM and there is NO issue. He didn't read the terms. Let that be an end to it.

I second Caruso. I clicked on this thread hoping to find out that Marco had paid connecttocasino the $4000 he owes them. What a disapointment! :)

Don't hold your breath waiting for that post! I third Caruso's comment, I'm tired of hearing Marco's whining about them owing him money when it is completely the opposite situation (and they forgave his debt to boot).

So this actually says that your issues have been resolved satisfactorally. Since they were "NOT resolved WITHOUT" satisfaction, then they must be resolved WITH satisfaction. That's great news!! :thumbsup:
