    Terms and regulations

Unless stated otherwise all bonuses are sticky bonuses meaning that the bonus itself may not be withdrawn at any time.

In the event of quick withdrawal attempts remember that losses are deducted off of deposits not bonuses.

You have to meet wagering requirements to cash out/withdraw any winnings generated through your bonus. You may forfeit all winnings and bonuses and cash out the balance at any time without meeting playthrough requirements.

TO MAKE IT CLEARER, bonuses are lost last after you've lost all deposits and winnings.

If you happen to redeem a bonus of 999% or less the maximum withdrawal you may receive is twice the amount of the redeemed bonus. All remaining funds will be removed from your account once your withdrawal is processed. If 2 or more bonuses are redeemed without zeroing out then the lowest maximum withdrawal amount will be assessed and paid. The maximum withdrawal amount limitations are permanent once you take a bonus and all withdrawals are limited to being a maximum of whatever the last maximum cash-out was on your last redeemed bonus**. Whether you took a bonus on your recent deposits or not will be considered irrelevant.

** The only case in which this does not apply is if it is explicitly stated with your current bonus that there is no maximum cash out associated with it.

Policy on all bonuses of 1000% and above

The wagering requirements on all bonuses of 1000% and above are 60 times the amount of the deposit + bonus. The maximum withdrawable amount on such bonuses is half that of the bonus. All remaining funds will be removed from your account once your withdrawal is processed.

    For example:

    If you win: If you deposit $ 100 and get a 20% bonus (That makes your total $ 120) and you win $ 20 then your withdrawal amount may not exceed $ 120. ($ 100 + 20 + 20).
If you lose: If you deposit $ 100 and get a 20% bonus (That makes your total $ 120) and you lose $ 20 then your withdrawal amount may not exceed $ 80. ($ 100 - 20).
    ZERO OUTS

A zero out is defined as any balance of $ 1 or less. Playthrough requirements carry over if you don't zero out and redeem 2 or more bonuses.

**Please ENSURE that you logout after zeroing out and depositing again otherwise the zero out will not be recorded**

    EXAMPLES:
    Playthrough requirements DON'T carry forward:

You deposit $ 100 and redeem 100% bonus on it making a total of $ 200. Let's assume the playthrough/wagering requirements are 10X which means you have to wager the deposit + bonus 10 times i.e. $ 200 x 10 = $ 2000. So you wager $ 500 and are left with a balance of $ 1. At this time your playthrough requirements reset. Hence you no longer need to wager the remaining $ 1500 of the original $ 2000 requirements. If you redeem another bonus coupon on a deposit of $ 100 for say 200% and wagering requirements are again say 10X you'll need to wager $ 300 x 10 = $ 3000 ONLY and not $ 1500 (old requirement) + $ 3000 (new requirement)
    Playthrough requirements carry forward:

You deposit $ 100 and redeem 100% bonus on it making a total of $ 200. Let's assume the playthrough/wagering requirements are 10X which means you have to wager the deposit + bonus 10 times i.e. $ 200 x 10 = $ 2000 You wager $ 900 and have a total of $ 280 in your account at which time you decide to redeem another bonus offer (this time for 200%) So you deposit $ 100 again and redeem another $ 200 and the playthrough requirements are again 10X i.e. $ 300 x 10 = $ 3000. At this time your TOTAL playthrough requirements are $ 5000 of which you have wagered $ 900. So you need to wager $ 5000 - 900 = $ 4100 more before being eligible for a withdrawal.
The zero out rule has been created to give both the player and the casino a sporting chance. As you can see by the above examples this rule protects both the casino and the player. Without the zero out rule the previous wagering requirements would carry over for the player's future deposits and the player would probably never catch up. At the same time, the casino would be in big trouble if people kept cashing in coupons on top of deposits and would have to meet playthrough requirements for only one of the coupons.

Exceptions to the zero out rule

Wagering & all other bonus requirements carry over irrespective of zeroing out if any or all of the conditions mentioned below are satisfied:

1> If you zero out, deposit again and don't take a bonus on your next deposit.
2> If you zero out and your next deposit is less than half of your previous deposit

Connect 2 Casino does not wish to limit it's players in any way hence players are allowed to play any and all games they want even with bonus money!

BUT you need to have the required playthrough numbers in the 3 games mentioned below before you may request withdrawals:

    The playthrough games are:

All slot machines except real-series video slots
    European Slot Poker
    Keno

Playthrough numbers don't increase when playing any other game.
Multihand Video Poker Games do not count toward meeting the wagering requirements

    Physical Addresses
We currently do not pay out winnings to players who provide APO/FPO or any kind of P.O.box addresses in their account. Players who provide such addresses will not be paid winnings and will have their deposits returned.

Policy on bonuses where Blackjack or Video Poker count towards wagering requirements

The maximum withdrawable amount on such bonuses is twice your deposit. All remaining funds will be removed from your account once your withdrawal is processed.

    Policy on "cash backs"

All "cash backs" are considered bonuses that need to be wagered 30 times before any withdrawals may be made. All other standard bonus rules mentioned on this page apply to the "cash backs"

    Policy on Free chips

Unless otherwise stated along with the bonus offer, all free chips are required to be played through 40 times (40X playthrough) before withdrawal requests can be made.
You may open only one account per: household, computer or person. No winnings shall be paid if we detect multiple accounts.
Comp points can be accumulated on Free Chips but can't be cashed in until you make a real money deposit of at least $ 50.
Maximum payout on a free chip is five times the amount of the chip after meeting playthrough requirements. Your account balance will be reduced to zero after making the withdrawal. Any real money deposits and bonuses on those real money deposits will of course remain unaffected.
Any winnings made off of free chips will only be sent via Neteller.
We will need a picture ID or a copy of a credit card for age verification before paying out winnings.

    Account banning

We reserve the right to ban/close your account at any time at our sole discretion.

If your account is banned and you have violated one or more of the rules stated at this website then all your winnings & bonuses shall be null and void and your deposit shall be returned to you. At his discretion, the manager may void only the player's winnings, leave his bonus and allow a player to continue playing if the violation was unintentional (such as a double account) if the player promises to be more careful in the future.

In the event that your account is banned and you have not violated any of the rules stated at this website then these are the steps accounting will follow to complete our business with you (in chronological order) :

    1. All deposits will be returned within 72 hours of banning

    2. All winnings will be sent to you (via your method of choice) within 30 days of banning

Please note that when we say "All deposits" it refers to deposits that you still had in your account at the time of banning. Not deposits that you've already lost.

In the same tune, when we say "all bonuses" it refers to bonuses that you still had in your account at the time of banning. Not bonuses that you've already zeroed out.

Once banned, you may never open another account with Connect 2 Casino. If it is detected that a previously banned player has opened more account (s) then those accounts shall be banned immediately and we shall not be returning the deposits or winnings in those accounts.

The precedent for the "account banning" rules was set when the entire country of Denmark was banned. As is common knowledge now, all winnings were paid out within the specified 30 days. We have come to understand from several industry experts that this rule is unique at Connect 2 Casino because almost all other casinos cheat the players out of their winnings when they ban them.

Affiliates shall not be paid for "banned players". Rather, fines may be imposed on affiliates that consistently send us players that get banned.

Honest players should never have a problem cashing in winnings @ Connect 2 Casino. Please contact This email is not visible to you. to escalate if you feel you've been unfairly treated by a Connect 2 Casino employee.

In the event that any rules mentioned on the "Promotions" page contradict the rules mentioned here then the promotions page rules will supercede over the rules here.

We may amend these policies at any time by posting the amended policies on our site. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that he is aware of the current policies every time he makes a deposit. New policies will not be applied retroactively. Rather, the policies mentioned on the site at the time the user made the deposit will apply until the user takes a withdrawal, 'zeros out' or deposits again (whichever is first). All further withdrawals shall be subject to the latest policies mentioned at this site.

    Good friggin' luck with that.

If you deposit the minimum ($25) you start with a balance of $1275 and have $76,500 worth of wagering to do, so that you can cash out up to $625.
If you deposit the maximum ($150) you start with a balance of $7,650 and have $459,000 worth of wagering to do, so that you can cash out up to $3,750.

It's a way of taking your deposit, disguised as a bonus.

Only a stupid question from me, but why did we discuss a "rogued" casino?

I think they haven't earnd, that we waste only one second for their!

Even if it's not a "rogued" casino, the bonus sucks, becasue 60x WR is a bad joke and excluding "Real Series Video Slots" is the biggest joke, i've ever seen *lol*
But we all know here, that this casino is "rogued", so there are no more words necessary ;)

Perhaps, but I see this as a good sign! In order for the player to be left with anything after completing the wagering requirements, those 4 or 5 three-reel slots that they offer would have to pay better than 98.333% which, of course, they do not. Therefore, Stool Scat Casino is going to keep the deposit no matter what.

Now why would they want to do that? I think it's because they are finally going under. The ship might finally be sinking!

One can hope, at least. :D

This is like the second thread this week of a "what do you think of this offer" of a rogued casino. This is what I think" you are a moron if you play there. A stupid moron (and that goes for any casino that falls into this category). And if you play there, you deserve to be fleeced since every indicator is pointing at a substandard casino. Jeeze - look at the name for Christsake!! What Einstein came up with this? (BTW: winner of worst named casino 2003 http://www.casinomeister.com/bestworst2003.php#wname)

Exactly, play there - get fleeced - keep them in business. Come over here to PAB or cry about it? Tough shit for you. Go write Oprah.

The trick is that the bonus is STICKY, not only must the player meet this huge WR, but they must cone out on top at the end of it. This might be possible if they went for a Random Jackpot, but these slots are excluded, although they say that excluded games can still be played, but just don't count. Clearly, the ONLY way to beat this bonus is to win a Random Jackpot, and then grind the entire WR on three reel slots hoping to survive with some of the Random Jackpot intact.
Having done this, you could well be banned for "advantage play" for figuring this out, and you only have their word that they pay players winnings before banning them, rather than cheating them out of them.
The TRUE advantage play here would be to play "certain" three reel slots with your 5000% bonus, better still if they are set as progressives as at Bodog. While you may still lose, the advantage play comes into it's own on your subsequent deposits;) (provided you can navigate the carried restrictions on max cashout beyond bonuses - get the calculator out:D).

This probably works because players stop reading once they see the 5000% - thinking that with such a monumental bonus they simply cannot lose, whatever the WR.

    I disagree.
The true advantage play here would be to give this joke of a casino an extremely wide birth and go to one of the numerous accredited casinos who offer far more generous and way more simpler bonus offers.

There are so many good monthlies these days at recommended casinos that even I can't get through more than about half of them each month - and I play every day! :eek2:

    It's VERY frustrating.

Just a thought... If there are so many corrupt and rogue comapnies out there, and since the software suppliers usually have a rep for being there for the players and all - how come they still license their system to obvious pirates? I would think, if the software provider is so busy thinking of their players - they would demand fair play from their customers?

Am my thoughts way off here?

    Your forgetting something.

This is the casino business afterall and its all not computer techs and CS reps.

Money talks.. and most software providers will just about license anyone with a deep pocket.

Sad but true.. not all of them let me repeat but most of them.

The casino industry is NO mans land.. it wasnt like this before well for RTG's there was Montana that gave players a small sense of security but now RTG players have their prayers and good faith that they will get paid.

    Bonuses over 1000%

I think it's unrealistic to offer bonuses over the industry standard ! what gets me , is that it's false advertising and that it spoils the player's experience to begin with. Other reputable operators would suffer due to the lack of trust thereafter. Tricking newbies with over complicated bonuses isnt the way forward for me....:eek2:

My biggest one was a 300% cashable bonus ($ 600) on Breakaway, with a 25x WR, but only cashout 5x your deposit ($ 1,000)
but it was okay for me, because i could withdraw $ 900 at the end :D
the another good rule was, this one:

"Maximum cash-out is 5 times the deposited amount up to $1000. If a Jackpot is won on the Slot machines ONLY, the max cash-out rule will be void and the Jackpot will be paid out in full."

    so i think, it's fair :)

Btw. i had the same luck on Sci-Fi (sistercasino) with a 250% Bonus and the same T&Cs.

But now i play there no more, because they can't payout more, than $ 500 in one day, so all about this amount, will be paid in installments!
