I deposit without redeem any bonus and won at Sep 3. After some arguement, connect told me I have not finished playthrough.

Their T&C right now:

Exceptions to the zero out rule

Playthrough & all other bonus requirements carry over irrespective of zeroing out if any or all of the conditions mentioned below are satisfied:

1> If you zero out, deposit again and don't take a bonus on your next deposit."

I am sure they changed it recently, But I do not know when they have done that. how can I find it? any experience?

I knew that is evil, they have ban me because of sharpness.

That rule's been there for some time now, so it's fair enough to hold you to it. It's pretty bizarre, though - there's no logical reason to hold players to past wagering after losing their deposits on subsequent NON-bonus deposits, and it DIScourages them - which seems very counter productive. The subsequent "if you zero out and your next deposit is less than a quarter of your previous deposit..." doesn't seem to have much grounding in logic, either.

Other than that, the current bonus rules are quite acceptable and clearly explained, based on the once-over I just gave them.

LOL - 11,000% sign up bonus. That's got to be a record. It's like watching a progressive jackpot.

Those terms are there for one reason and one reason only.... To trap players who doesn't read the T&C.....

A deposit with a sticky bonus and 30(D+B) slots only WR may be more profitable than a non-bonus deposit with no WR and no restrictions, but this rule really does not make sense.

Indeed, a few months ago it was only 3000%. Connecttocasino has the same problem with mathematics as Geisha Lounge, it is not an 11000% bonus, but 11 separate 999% bonuses.
