Taken from my mastercard statement, just found out today , so i decided to call , i have not played since april 20 2004. they decided to pull a quick 100 bucks, but they dont know i dont keep muck money on that card, just for butt like them. I will expose there azz until they close.

I call the number and they act like i dont have account there , then hung up on me, all i ask who took my 100 dollars

Was going to make a deposit there this weekend, thanks for posting this information. I will be closing my account with them, I dont want to get a suprise on my statement like that. Even if they say it was a technical error and happened by accident, I don't care. I do not like taking chances with my personal account information being out there. Lot's of other places to play. bethug, I don't think you will have any problem getting the charge removed, just contact the credit card company and tell them that the charge was fraudulently put on your card and was not authorized by you. You should also use the link Bryan posted for the RTG complaint form and put it in there to so RTG gets it direct Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

Im certainly not going to play there, but to be fair I would like to see John Spears from Connectocasino post regarding this issue here. Im not saying that I don't believe you bethug, but for all I know you could have lost there and are now pissed off, you know what Im saying. I am still going to stay away because I do not want to take any chances. So to John Spears, I think it would be wise for you to respond to this problem and post here on what is going on, a lot of business is dependent on it and it would be in your best interest.

Dude, Im totally on your side here. Like I said it's not that I don't believe you but there are a lot of people who say stuff about casinos to hurt their reputation and affect their business for personal reasons, you know what I mean? Therefore I put up an invite for a rep. from Connectocasino to respond, and I said it would be in his best interest because based on what you said they did, I will not be playing there.

I was about to mention destinaton poker before you did. There are many who believe it is Connecto. Read there terms there. There have written in there terms that they do not allow pro players and just by saying you are, can withhold your winnings. Most of us could be classified as a pro.

I wouldn't play there either. If you do find out it is Connecto let us know.

Yes, but SOME of it is just plain shit. Not all, but a fair chunk.

I would assume / hope that this $100 is a mistake. I've recently had an issue, with a reputable casino, for a credit card error of about $3500 - so these things can happen.

Caruso, these guys have been posted about one thing or the other ever since last July 03, when they first started and on every major portal site, you can find posts about this bunch, nothing but complaints or at least 98 percent of the time it has been complaints. There are threads dating all the way back to June 03 on Winneronline, Threads on Bet2gamble and here on Casinomeister just to name a few.... I never have a problem with my Jupiter Club account (sister Casino Grand Bay). Its a bit of a pain to fax in purchase agreements but they always pay to my payspark acct promptly. Only groups I trust completely are Jupiter Club group, Fortune lounge, belle rock and vegas partner lounge. Do yourself a favor and play at one of them and you know you'll get paid.


As for connectTocasino. Their bonus offers scare the hell out of me! Anyone offering like a bajillion times bonus on a deposit makes me wonder how they stay in business even with their WR.

His boss made him stop a few weeks back, apparently tiring of John Spears' uncanny ability to alienate more players by being visible than invisible. John, whose job is Public Relations, appears delighted, thinking he got a promotion.

I would like to explain that there seems to be a problem with the clearing house. They have messed up a few of the charges probably because we use the same clearing house and the same lawyer. We have informed them and they will be working to fix this in Germany tonight. We have credited $ 50 to your account for your trouble and hope you will retract your statements.

This situation got out of hand because I was out for memorial day weekend. I apologize.
