Connecto cashout woes

I'm sure you guys have heard this a million times before, but...

Long story short.... I cleared $45 off one of Connecto's holiday bonus free chips. I've submitted two cashout request emails, both with their security forums attached. It's now been two weeks since I sent the first email, and I haven't heard anything from them.

Are these guys usually this slow? Is the holiday causing excessive sloth in their employees despite being over? Do they just not care about cashouts?

Perhaps someone with a bigger clue than mine could give me an idea of what to expect from them. Thanks.
 
Are you sure you fulfilled wager requirments?.

This guys usually take 10 days to pay, at least this was the case the last time I played there. But you are warned that Connecto dont like "smart" players, so if you only play there with free chips you are going to have a hard time collecting your winnings.

I fulfilled the requirements several times over. They have no reason besides arrogance that I know of to not pay.
 
Annorax: Did you read the T&C that says the max cash out for a free chip is 5x the amount of the free chip? So, for example, if the free chip was $10, the max cash out would be $50. And the wagering requirements for free chips is 40x the amount of the free chip, but only for play on slots, keno and european slot poker.

The free chip was $9, I completed $360+ (closer to $1000, but that's neither here nor there) in slot play, and I submitted a request for $45. They haven't even had the decency to reply to my emails.

Guess I'll need to find somewhere else to deposit...
 
if you go to the main page of this forum, on the top you are going to see a thread posted by the meister wich has a list of casino representatives, the connectocasino representative is listed there, you can go there an PM or email the representative.

I now request a public explanation, from the Connecto representative, for this action. If this is how Connecto treats its customers, I can understand why it has the not-good reputation it does.
 
I just discovered I'm barred too. Very odd. My account was open after the last time I cashed out, and it was certainly open some time after that. They must have locked it during the last few weeks, ages after I last played.

LOL, go figure.

They paid $37. I didn't even bother to check if I'm still banned.

I guess this can be closed now. Connecto's redeemed themselves in my eyes... albeit 37/45 of the way.
 
Always Problems

Always problems wtih this crooks of connectocasino:

I urge everyone to avoid gambling at Connectocasino......From the other posts, I completely concur that their scam involves waiting to accuse players of "multiple accounts" for the purpose of avoiding money which is owed......I live in a residence where I have my own separate household with another person who has her own household--but at the same address.......Yes, you guessed it: they locked out my account, as well the other person who lives here, as well as voiding the $400 owed to the other resident at this building, all because of their accusation of multiple accounts.....We protested directly to them, explaining how this problem occured, along with why occasionally we use each other's computer when one computer is down.....and we gave them ver ample time to amend this situation, but with no response, after writing to them and contact by telephone........We never tried to cheat connectocasino under any circumstances......we are honest, but we've been treated very unfairly---and very dishonestly by CONNECTOCASINO.......and once again......spread the word for people to AVOID this casino......because you're just throwing your money away.... good luck to everyone in finding honest online casinos.......

Same story here, I tried to withdrawl $1000 kept waiting and waiting. called they said it takes a few days for this, a few days for that, waited again. the tenth day i get locked out. they tell me they detect multiple accounts. AND THEY DO NOT REPLY TO ANY MAIL.

Here is an old post showing that double account excuses have been going on for awhile with connectocasino. This post was back in July 2004. It has been resoved.
Marco, they even had two different addresses and computers the only thing that matched was there last name. They still wanted to say double account.
And you still played there!!

My brother wanted to join so he opened an account at his house and started playing his $41 free chip and lost.Then He made a $30 deposite with a 999% bonus.The next day he played at my house under his account. After a couple of days at his house he won $600 + $1200 with all play through done. Then this casino froze both of our accounts saying we have multiple accounts.
