Just a heads up for other Roxy Palace / Casino Splendido players who may come across this offer in their emails - Bit lengthy but worth a quick read :)

Deposit £20 and get 50 FS on Terminator 2, knowing their previous offers had carried a high WR I decided a visit to chat was in order beforehand :p

You are now chatting with Matilda
Matilda: Hi, how can I help you today?

    Me: Afternoon Matilda

Me: I got an email offer early this morning from Roxy Palace, 50FS on Terminator 2 for a £20 deposit...
Me: Due to the 'nightmare' migration from Vegas Partner Lounge last year I think there are now several accounts under my details

Matilda: Could you please give me your email address and mobile number so I may access your account?
    Me: *************************
Me: i do have 2 email addys, other is j************
    Matilda: Thank you Jonathan

Matilda: When was the last time you played on this account ?
Me: the account i am logged into (**) was last deposited on roughly February, I did win but could not W/D as my bank card had expired so lost it all back, this is why I have not deposited since.

    Matilda: Ok
Matilda: You have to deposit at least £20 to partake in this offer
Me: yes my query is which account is it valid upon?
    Matilda: ***
Me: cool, thanks and the spins will auto credit after the £20 deposit
Matilda: Yes that is correct :)

Me: sorted :) - last question lol....what is WR from monies won from FS?
Matilda: It might take up to half an hour
    Me: thats fine
    Matilda: £750
    Me: eh?

Me: how can that be determined before the spins are even played?

Matilda: One spin is worth a certain amount
Me: so it is based upon the initial value of the FS (£15) not on the outcome of the free spins?
    Me: ie 50 x

Matilda: That is correct Mr Mincher, I might have to ask our manager to take your cv and maybe hook you up with a job here :)
Me: lol, I am actually looking for a change of job and I don't deposit here very often so a great idea
    Matilda: haha :D

Me: so even if i fluked a huge £500 from FS then the WR is still £750?

Matilda: What do you mean specifically ?

Me: well usually FS offers - the WR is based on the money you win, in this case 50x whatever you win after all spins are played out
Me: but you've described it as being the value of the spins 50 spin at minimum bet (30p) x 50 = £750 as you said in chat earlier
Me: surely it is the first and not the latter

Matilda: That is correct, it´t based on what we give you not on what you win
    Me: ok cool
Me: you've been a very helpful and friendly agent, thank you for your time today, all the best!!

Still not 100% so may go for Guts :p

Never saw that before either but id say the CS is mistaking and the wagering would be on free spins winnings.

If she is correct then its an offer I would never touch.

Knowing my luck id win the usual £1 and according to chat id have to wager £750. No thanks lol.

That's why I think I'm gonna give it a miss mate.

She seemed kinda sure but I'm convinced otherwise as in 10 years I've never know WR work that way.

Think I'd probably be a touch slightly unluckier than you and win £0 off my FS locking the cash balance for no reason at all

    Cheers for the reply

I received that email today too.
I have 2 accounts there, my original one and one which was migrated. The email was only for my original account, which I haven't used since the other was migrated. So I tried logging in, only to find that that account has been locked.
So I'm not going to chance making a deposit on the other account, in case the offer's not valid and I don't get the free spins.
Cynical me is already thinking that might be their plan, lol

Think I ended up with about 4 lol!

My original one and the 3 VPL accounts from River Nile, Cinema and Golden Riviera all ended up there.

Checked on a previous offer (and got it in 'writing') that multiple accounts etc wouldn't be held against me if I were to hit a winner but like you I'm cynical too and this along with your point sits at the back of mind nagging away!

They occasionally do a 100% AND 100FS offer which is a bit too hard to resist but I think after these replies I'm gonna sit this one out.

    Cheers;)

I really think that the support-agent is wrong here. Unfortunately I don't find anything in their T&C about free spins and their WR. I have contacted VIP-support and gave them a link to this thread. If I get an answer I will let you know.

I definitely agree, she is wrong.. I personally can say that when you win from the FS then this is credited to you in Bonus. This means that what you win is restricted to the 50X wagering of all bonuses...

If you win 1 then this needs to be wagered 50X which is 50..

I should know really, having been playing online for so long and never coming across this rule, the way the support agent described that she was incorrect.

It's always been either 30x or 50x winnings achieved from the outcome of the FS.

Guess it was just a case of uncertainty and the 'strangeness' of it all that made me start the thread.

Anyway cheers  to all who posted :D
