Me: but you've described it as being the value of the spins 50 spin at minimum bet (30p) x 50 = £750 as you said in chat earlier
Me: surely it is the first and not the latter

Never saw that before either but id say the CS is mistaking and the wagering would be on free spins winnings.

If she is correct then its an offer I would never touch.

Knowing my luck id win the usual £1 and according to chat id have to wager £750. No thanks lol.

That's why I think I'm gonna give it a miss mate.

She seemed kinda sure but I'm convinced otherwise as in 10 years I've never know WR work that way.

Think I'd probably be a touch slightly unluckier than you and win £0 off my FS locking the cash balance for no reason at all

I received that email today too.
I have 2 accounts there, my original one and one which was migrated. The email was only for my original account, which I haven't used since the other was migrated. So I tried logging in, only to find that that account has been locked.
So I'm not going to chance making a deposit on the other account, in case the offer's not valid and I don't get the free spins.
Cynical me is already thinking that might be their plan, lol

Think I ended up with about 4 lol!

My original one and the 3 VPL accounts from River Nile, Cinema and Golden Riviera all ended up there.

Checked on a previous offer (and got it in 'writing') that multiple accounts etc wouldn't be held against me if I were to hit a winner but like you I'm cynical too and this along with your point sits at the back of mind nagging away!

They occasionally do a 100% AND 100FS offer which is a bit too hard to resist but I think after these replies I'm gonna sit this one out.

I really think that the support-agent is wrong here. Unfortunately I don't find anything in their T&C about free spins and their WR. I have contacted VIP-support and gave them a link to this thread. If I get an answer I will let you know.

I definitely agree, she is wrong.. I personally can say that when you win from the FS then this is credited to you in Bonus. This means that what you win is restricted to the 50X wagering of all bonuses...

If you win 1 then this needs to be wagered 50X which is 50..

I should know really, having been playing online for so long and never coming across this rule, the way the support agent described that she was incorrect.

It's always been either 30x or 50x winnings achieved from the outcome of the FS.

Guess it was just a case of uncertainty and the 'strangeness' of it all that made me start the thread.
