If you get a genuine (not spam) Casino Rewards email it ends with a list of all the accounts you have connected to that email address. It is also possible to se this list by clicking on the "rewards" tab and attempting to redeem some points.

The big problem with CR is the avalanche of spam that invites you to sign up at casinos that you are already a member of, and often using highly misleading advertising to convince you that you have already "won" the offer based on your past history, so ineligibility isn't necessarily something one would worry about.
