Conectocasino excuse of double account

I had an account with this casino for about 8 months. About 3 weeks ago I won $400. My brother wanted to join so he opened an account at his house and started playing his $41 free chip and lost.Then He made a $30 deposite with a 999% bonus.The next day he played at my house under his account. After a couple of days at his house he won $600 + $1200 with all play through done. Then this casino froze both of our accounts saying we have multiple accounts. I discussed this matter with Vince at accounting he said you need to prove that he is a different person with a different ip address id and etc. so he did. He sent lots of identification. They released both of our accounts. I still was waiting for my withdrawal so was my brother. A few days later they closed both of our accounts again. They insisted that we have multiple accounts because he played on my computer. Basically the conversation went nowhere. He just kept on saying that we have multiple accounts and that we both will not get paid. There system detected it even though we proved who we both are and opened separate accounts in different cities and on different computers. We proved who we are but they proved nothing... they keep saying our system detected multiple accounts and we will not get paid. I have played on other peoples computers before but never had a problem until my brother played at my house under his account name. They offerd no help and wished me good luck when I said I will complain to someone. I hope you can help or direct me to someone that can. I played at havana, casino delrio, casino lasvegas, and the virtual casino. All have paid me with no problem, with a good support staff. What do I do? I sent this letter to interactive gaming council, ecogra and another online casino that I knew for a long time. Im an honest player who thought that getting a new customer like my brother to join was a good thing. Thanks Kevin

you should have sign up with breakaway, they let me and my sister with the same address play. But we dont take any bonus.

It against connecttocasino rules to share computers, you should have ask first and saved emails. Sorry it happen to you, but them are the rules.

Ps why would u play there any way, they lyers

Two things here......why even risk it letting him play on your computer and..........why play there to begin with? These people have been nothing but problems..

I know now that i shouldn't of joined them. And for my brother playing on my computer, the support guy said you could play on another computer , he gave the example if your on a holiday somewhere else.

I know where else "zkevin" plays, and which other casinos he's been bitching about Connect to. Would you believe I received a copy of this in my Email from the other RTG in question today? Quite flabbergasting. These RTGs are literally trying to put the competition out of business by bad-mouthing them. What stellar business practices they operate.

zkevin: if you cheat and get caught, the casino is within their rights to withhold everything: winnings, bonuses, deposit - everything.

Well if you get excused of a double account than yeh you are going to be upset. The thing is there is no way to get through to them, they just keep saying computer detected double accounts. But my brother and I have two different addresses and two diferent computers and have two different IP addresess. He also sighned up 8 months after i did. So no I didn't cheat any casino. Further more they already reopened the accounts when we proved that we were two different people, But when i wanted to withdwawal and my brother they closed it again saying double accounts.

I know all the rules and I know if i don't follow them i do lose my money . This is not the case I don't have a double account and I would like to have there proof. I gave them all mine and they originally agreed with it. Read what happened more closely

this problem i have is my first one. i joined about 8 months ago and enjoyed playing with this casino. i spent about $1400 and won 4 seperate times totalying about $1400. so yes this casino does pay, but slowly and with poor customer support, but they do pay. the problem is now when they accuse me of multiple accounts as soon as my brother joined at his house. and now they will not pay $400 to me and $600 to my brother.

If is true what a serious rtg-casino has said to me, that connectocasino are in order to close I can only say that this is a excuse only for don't pay.

The sad thing is see that someone play at this casino

Today i received $418. I guess John Spears helped. So far my brother has not received his $600. but possibly john will fix this to. I am still not allowed to play but at least I got paid. possibly this casino is trying to resolve some problems. Looking a little better, if my brother gets paid to.

Update: Both my brothers account and mine have been resolved and both paid. Thanks to Bryan Bailey for his work.
And I want to thank John Spears for his quick resolve in this matter. Connect to Casino is willing to resolve problems.
