Hi I would like to make a complaint about a casino but I am banned to here, can't I file anymore for a complaint?

I'd PM Bryan or one of the mod's and ask for a temporary change in membership status so you can at least post your complaint. Either that or a brief explanation to them via the PM what you need, they should be able to advise further....

Its the quit gambling section you're in rather than a complete ban, otherwise you wound not be able to post at all and your name would show in red.

I'm pretty sure you don't want my advice since I was an incompetent gambling addict according to you :p We all in here were just simple addicts, but I give it a try anyway ;)

You already started three threads about three different casinos. Everyone can read them so just like me they could respond if they want to.

What you can do though is filing a PAB or three. That's a free complaint service here. First read the FAQ https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/help/pab-rules/
Then send the complaint https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/misc.php?do=form&fid=1

You should also check the Rogue and No can do list in case one of your casinos are in there. Then they won't be accepted.
I saw what casinos you had listed as worst and if you want to complain about any of them then don't bother since they are the Roguest of Rogue.

Hi, sorry but the pab is restricted now for me since you put me here. The casino's I am talking about don't exist here at all, though one has U.K. And MGA and the other one only U.K. License

You mean oceanbets?!! The worst one ever, after really 1000 messages they closed my account a year ago. Since them i always check for licensed ones... so something good came out of that. That casino was sooo roque never experienced that before

Ok, I didn't know that the Pab was restricted too for you. Then send Bryan a pm and ask if you could do a Pab anyway, or three.
He is nice and actually it was he who put you here and not me :)

By the way a question for you: when you are able to register, cause your country is in the list, than they verify your email, then you play and deposit by ideal ( method only for dutch) and after that you find out your country is on their restricted list in the terms, is the agreement not valid anymore and should they refund your deposits? I stopped playing immediately when I noticed, cause realised they wont pay you out cause of that when you win.
This one is uk licensed and MGA

I am sorry if i offended you..., but i was so pissed ending up here, not being able to see things in the fora about my cases.
I see you are very kind in helping out

And i was so depressed about losing so much at the big casino even when i asked to close account permanently 3 times, they just immediate reopend upon request. They don't come forward with my complaint, cause they say its not the same as SE.

But some efucational here: Unibet pointed out in a dutch case how they track gambling addiction by so called contra indications. Have you heard about that?

Verifying an email isn't a verification really. It's more that they see it's a real person and not a bot signing up.
They should have your country IP blocked though. If it was up to me your deposits should be returned since you never would have managed to cash out, but since we don't know which casino, if you were using a VPN or what the MGA rules say, then it's difficult.
You are in Holland so you can never rely on what rules a casino have for their UK players, if they also have a license in MGA. Then that one is for you.

There are others who know these things better than I do, so maybe you will get more answers. Just don't call them addicts if you don't like the answer :D

It's not the same as a self exclusion. You do not have a case with that. They can't read minds.
If you want to stop playing you have to self exclude and also tell them you have a problem.

I do have heard about what Unibet pointed out, and in some ways they are suppose to be able to tell yes. If they search for those kind of signs is a different thing though but maybe they do. I hope so.

Thank you for the response. I think if you begged for permanent closure they just cant reopen for 3 times without questioning why. But besides they dont see a permanent closure request as severe as SE, they cant see it that light as just immediately reopen your account without questions asked. In MGA it says when a player asked for exclusion for definate or indefinate time, their must be a waiting period ( its not saying self exclusion). Permanent closure is the same for as far I can see as exclusion for indefinte time. But you disagree. I think I have a good point in front of a judge

Restricted country

Well i didnt use VPN, My country was in the registration list, even the country phonenumber was filled in and they even have our exclusive deposit method Ideal. They said that everything was available for dutch since the just recently changed their terms in excluding the Netherlands. They have MGA, so perheps the PAB can help me when they reject my complaint. But the casino is not on this site, couldnt find it in any of the lists.

Hi casinomeister. I think it works but not on mobile it says now instead of restricted
