Complaint - Tip Top Casino

Just in case anyone is reading this thread later on down the road and thinking about playing this casino... Please. Just. DON'T.

So in my withdrawal process I have found this -

They ONLY pay on Thursdays. That's it. No other days. Just Thursdays.

I was told that my little withdrawal was paid last Thursday. As of this morning I hadn't received it yet so I called them back. (I stopped trying to live chat when last Friday when I first asked about my withdrawal some rep actually ended our chat because I said at one point "We've been on live chat for over 45 minutes, do you have an answer for me yet?" 2 seconds later I see "Chat session ended" So, not really good customer service right there.

Anyhow, so I called them this morning and they said that my withdrawal would be paid this Thursday. I told them that a rep already told me last week that it was paid on Thursday. They came right out and said "I'm not sure why he told you that unless he lied." That was it, nothing else, no apologizes, just told me that the guy probably lied, LOL! Well, I appreciated the honesty I suppose.

So here's hoping that my little withdrawal of $100 will be paid this Thursday :eek:

I wouldn't say they are bad... but they have definitely gone downhill since they were actually good. They introduced the dreaded 10x max cashout when you take a bonus which to me says a lot about a casino. I understand bonuses are a choice, but I feel they have had some "roguish" behavior for sure.

By the way, I did find out today that there is a sister casino to Tip Top and that is Exclusive Casino which also just opened. I know this because on Monday I had requested the document that you always have to sign in order to cash out (there were no forms at all on their site or casino itself, no direction as to who to send it to, no nothing). I finally received it today (Wednesday) and it just kept saying all the terms pertained to "Exclusive Casino" so they have opened both very recently.

I don't know. I sent back in my documents and we'll see what happens! I'm definitely not rushing to judgement but when you have so many red flags it is hard not to think the worst about this casino.

I thought those two casinos were linked Tip Top and Exclusive I was playing a free chip and after I opened my account I couldnt find where to type in the coupon so I had to login on a different browser. Anyway this was a problem I got on Exclusive so I just figured theyve come out with an RTG and a Nuworks casino.

I did better on that free chip than I've ever done at a Nuworks casino but once I lost my balance I had no doubt that I wasnt going to be depositing at this questionable casino.

Agreed. Though players who take bonuses are more likely to lose than win, given the t&c's attached to most. For Tip Top to then add a 10x max cash-out if a player should manage to win, is definitely not in the spirit of fair play. Include the "Thursday Only" payments and this place should be rogued!

Very bad indeed when you have to hope to get paid.

* Final Update *

I'm so happy to have this over and done with so I can delete this casino and never hear from them again...

I did actually get a withdrawal... of sorts. 2 weeks and 1 day from the day I actually withdrew, I received $83.44. I withdrew $130.00.

I knew that there was a crazy withdrawal fee of $30 but I didn't get where the other $16.56 went. So I called them and they told me that it was my bank that charged fees... which isn't true. My bank doesn't charge me a fee until after the bank wire is done... it doesn't take it out of the bank wire itself. My fee will be assessed tomorrow, so I'm hoping that is pretty cheap. Anyhow, I don't know what the deal is with them, whether it's currency exchange, their bank fees or whatever, but losing close to $50 on withdrawing just ticks me off.

I don't know if I mentioned it but I realized that on depositing, I was charged more than what I deposited as well. I deposited $40 but I was charged $42 and change but only received the $40.

Either way, lesson learned and I hope this serves as a lesson to anyone even thinking about depositing either at Tip Top or Exclusive. Steer clear, there are much better options even for US players. I had no excuse to play here, I was stupid and made a mistake... hopefully no one else does the same!
