Have they come forward with any sort of explanation from either Playtech or via themselves?

If they are admitting a level of guilt by refunding your funds and adding a gesture of goodwill then what is the reasoning for the software error or haven't they been bothered to explain that part?

Seems very odd that a card would be dealt after a 22 total bust hand!

Whats making me scratch my head is that the extra card after being bust was the same last card to the dealer making there round 21? What are the odds in all that?
