    Why "complain" ?

If you are new to the forum, surely there's a category you can pick which allows you to share your experience and simply invite responses from other forum members -
It doesn't have to be vile and angry and demeaning - YET!

As I found recently - there's always a chance that one of those reading will be a member of management at the Casino in question.

For me, that meant sufficient concern by a 32REd exec to look into the matter further and HEY PRESTO... matter resolved.

    Try it and see.... :)

This is a situation who cannot wait that time 30 days is much guys!

I will give a short rewiew about my complain!

Last year on 26th december I won a tourney in a pokerroom(ipoker network),was a freeroll who had a requirement to be open only for depositors players and had a big prize for the winner a Rolex watch ,and rest of the players in the money shared 3000$!

I won the tourney, but was a probblem after all,was scheduled in error, the corect tourney was supposed to begin on 28th december and now they dont want to give me the watch or the real value of the watch they only give me in compensation 200 euro for that??

Was it fair to put me to pay for theyre mistake, for all my time invested to play, for all my feelings ?

I need CasinoMeister help for that, plz dont let me to wait 30 days :(

Did you read what CM had to say? Did you follow the links?

"All members may Pitch a Bitch" means that newbies can PAB from the get-go. So if the issue is truly urgent then that would seem the way to go, no?

    READ THE Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ

I have received your PAB and will process it today or tomorrow.

I still don't think you've read the PAB FAQ because you've included a bunch of info I specifically asked not be included in the PABs but ... whatever, I'll clean it up as best I can and submit it.

This is the thread at 2+2 about this:

You must register/login in order to see the link.

While OP gets flamed it does seem like a shady position iPoker took here. They offered a guaranteed tournament and a day or two after it was over and some had even cashed out they decide it was an accident and wanted their money back.

I have to apologise for my stupidity here - I somehow missed that bit.
I thought the new rule meant new members couldn't post a complaint or Pitch a Bitch...
I will remember that from now on.

And everyone who signs up are PMd by Vortran who explains everything in detail (see my above post). There should be no questions on how to handle complaints if you can read. Obviously, if English is a second language (or non-language) there will be some not-so-clear points. I try to be patient though :D

    Anyone care to decipher this?

Re: the PAB. You submitted it on the 12 of Jan, I submitted it to the rep on the 13th ... and then we went to ICE and so forth.

True, no reply yet, but the basic issue is that you're complaining about not getting the prize for a canceled tournament _after_ they gave you a $200 bonus for your inconvenience. Sorry bud, this issue ain't gonna be setting anybody's hair on fire.

This is not all that clear. The OP said they WON the tournament - therefore it was cancelled AFTER THE FACT, which seems pretty shady to me. This is no better than reneging on a wager once offered, accepted, and the result determined. If a player did the same, ie a chargeback, because they didn't like the result, there would be plenty of "hair set on fire" over it. There can be no double standards allowed, a wager, or tournament for that matter, once bet or run, should stand.

If the rep contends the tournament did NOT run, then it seems odd that the OP can be in a position to know that they had won.

I have seen more stories of bad player experiences in poker than casinos, and this is just one more, and one reason I am not much interested into getting into poker, even though logically it should be a SAFER environment than a casino with all the bonus "abuse" rules and regulations.

The massive Absolute Poker scandal, and cover-up, followed by Kahnawake whitewash, only for it to be repeated a few months later at another site, has seriously influenced my views into negative territory

I understand that the OP didnt follow the rules of the forum when posting this MaxD, but it seems a very valid complaint to me,

Whether the tournement was a freeroll or not does not seem that relevent. If the OP has spent 3 hours or so playing a Tourney and won it fair and square then he should be given the prize on offer as far as I can see. If the operator hadnt MEANT to run the tourney its hardlys the OPs fault and it doesnt seem right that they can cancel after the Tourney is completed.

Where did I say the casino was guilt-free here? I did not, which is why it's still on the books and I am spending time trying to get them to at least respond to the issue.

What I said and what I still maintain is that the casino has at least done something to make amends with the player and that it is not like this is likely to be something we're going to Rogue these guys over.

Sure, it would be good of them to step up and honour their original offer but if they do not ... well shame on them and they'll have to deal with people knowing they copped out. Beyond that? I don't see that there is any "beyond that" here. A little realism would be in order here.
