What's up with this....

I wager $5000+, and get $2.55 in comps?? :what:

This has to be the worst comp system around...

I'm just glad they're fast with payouts ;)

before a few months they are giving rewards past the end of the month and say, maybe they can give more at the following, but since the last two or three months, nothing.

Did you contact live support?
About a month ago I had this happen. My comp points weren't registering so I went to live chat and they instantly credited my comp points :)

Who needs comp points?

Almost every time I ask for a managers bonus they give me one. They gave me a 15% cashback bonus today. The total was $26.70. I get it up to $750. I could not believe it. I played back down to the $300 I can only cashout for the comp points... Looks like I just contradicted myself with my title statement! LOL

I think the main problem at Club World is that NO comps are awarded for play on Real Series Slots. As far as I know, its the only casino that has this rule :what:

Real Series Slots is all I play at Club World and they definately reward you comp points when playing them.

Hmmm, that would explain things....98% of my play was on real series slots....

Guess I'll shoot an email off to support.

You'd probably get quicker results if you just went over to live support.
I just left there and was typing with Dominiko and they did confirm you get comp points for playing Real Series Slots.

Win?

If you email them, address it to Mike or Justin. They will credit you. They are good about that . Another thing is sometimes they do it once a month all at once instead of dribs and drabs.

They dont offer much comps, but their payout rates are very good, which is much more important.

Many casinos offer good comps, but very bad payout rates.

I don't know of any other casino that gives you only $10 for 1000 comp points like Club World do. That part I find ridiculous.
As for payout rates, well I can't say one way or another as I've never been able to get anywhere with my deposits.
But I've never had any problems with them so far so I'll stick with them for now. :)

One thing I do like about their comppoint is that they are redeemable if you have 100.. A lot of casinos make you play on until you've accumulated 1000 or more..

This one is for you Dan, over at Club World.
Keep up the good work! You are so on top of things :p
This is one of the many reasons I like this casino so much

USA Freedom (formerly gfed2) has generous comps online. Every 25 wagered is worth a dollar - cash. 4% not bad

Intertops comp program stinks too. It's the only place I can play for now though. I have e-mailed them numerous times about having a slot tourney but they reply in gibberish. I wonder if they even have an English speaking/understanding employee? If they do, I surely haven't been able to communicate with one.

Joyland also had 4% comp rate.

BUt USA Freedom doesn't have a problem actually paying them :)

yeah, I know I'm on 'shaky ground' talking about a rogued casino software, but the gfed malware appears to be completely gone. It isn't technically gfed anymore, etc. It would be good to have someone with more umph check into USA Freedom. At least one other poster has inquired about gfed2 et al and I have inquired in the forum several times to no avail.

Sic 'em! If they come up clean we have a new option for members.

Otherwise, proceed at your own risk. I am.

Update:

I talked with Tom, and he explained that comp rates vary based on your "status" at the casino. I assume this has something to do with amounts deposited, etc....

He did however give me a $15 "goodwill" bonus.....fair enough I guess...

Hi Nifty, :)

Unless something's changed recently, I don't think iNetBet gives comp points on Real Series play.

I'm not sure as to the rules CWC hold in regards to comps.. But I'm sure I DO earn comps on my play on Real Series Slots.. But this could be related to my play, since I almost exclusively play here..

Oops, I'm sorry. I got iNetBet confused. I said I didn't think they gave the comps on the Real Series when in fact they do give comps on Real Series games.

I need some more coffee. :)

They must have very low payout percentages then.

It's hard to say for sure. Gfed(2) no longer accepts US players and trying to sign up from a US IP address gets redirected to the USA Freedom casino.

It is possible that they are offering these comps for recruitment and retention of US players. Or they are roguish, I don't know. I'll start a new thread on them in a day or so. Any other research in the meantime would be appreciated.

Sorry about being off-topic for club world, will open new thread for any more replies inre gfed.
